SCHEDULE THAT RUNS ITSELF
Set up recurring lessons that repeat every 1, 2, 3 or 4 weeks — weekly, fortnightly, or whatever your students actually book — and change the interval later without starting over. Choose your own lesson length, and update already-scheduled lessons in one tap. Reschedule any single lesson without breaking the pattern. Add ad-hoc lessons for makeups or trials. Your iPhone calendar stays in sync automatically.

TEACH GROUPS, BILL ONCE
Add a class, ensemble, or study group as a single client. Set the headcount, list the participants when you know them, and name the contact person who pays. One price, one payer, one invoice — with their own sections in Students, Tuition, and Reports.

TWO WAYS TO BILL
Per-Lesson or Monthly Package — pick the right billing mode per student. Set the price per lesson and edit the package Total right beside it. Track partial payments, outstanding balances, and payment history without spreadsheets. Unpaid balances carry forward into later months until they're settled, so nothing quietly disappears. Turn on the optional weekly summary and get a nudge when someone still owes you — silence means everyone's paid.

• Tuition: tap "Payment history" under any client to see every payment received, newest first.
• After you send a payment reminder, the row shows "Reminder sent" with the date — and the button becomes "Send Payment Reminder Again".
• Packages can now have an expiry date. The client page shows "Expires in 5 days" or "Expired", and you can extend it in one tap. Nothing is ever removed automatically.
• Student didn't turn up? Press and hold the lesson card, choose Reschedule, then "No-show — charge anyway". The lesson is deducted from the package, or shows as due for per-lesson clients.
• New groups: participant names and contact details are optional extras you can add later.
• A smoother start for new users: add your first student or group straight from Studio, with one calendar & reminders card instead of a series of alerts.
• Fixes: sharing and then saving the same invoice no longer archives it twice; "Keep the payment" when cancelling a lesson now really keeps it; larger text on hints and status chips.
