## What is Tutti?

Turn every music lesson into one clear practice plan—and keep teachers, students and families connected between lessons.

Tutti gives students a focused next step, teachers a calm lesson workspace, and families a reassuring view of shared progress. Private teacher notes and student reflections stay out of the family view.

FOR TEACHERS

• See the day ahead, organise students, schedule one-off or recurring lessons, record attendance, and manage reschedule requests.
• Keep lesson recaps, repertoire, milestones, assignments, sheet music, recordings, and whiteboards together.
• Share the student-facing recap while teacher-only notes stay private to the lesson’s teacher.
• On compatible Apple Intelligence devices, turn your own lesson context into a structured practice-plan draft, then edit and approve it before sharing.
• Export a portable ZIP archive of your studio history and original attachments.
• Use a private studio ledger for rates, charges, credits, and recorded payments. Tutti records the ledger; it does not process payments or request card or bank details.

FOR STUDENTS

• Open Today’s Focus and know what to practise next.
• Stay connected to multiple teachers while each teacher’s private lesson material remains scoped to their lessons.
• Start a practice timer, set reminders, and use the built-in metronome or tuner.
• Record a Performance Take, add a reflection shared with teachers but not family, and revisit practice history.
• Build consistency with weekly goals, repertoire milestones, and achievements.

FOR FAMILIES

• See a connected student’s upcoming lessons, shared recaps, assignments, and practice progress without entering private teacher or student spaces.
• Open Today’s Focus and start an attributed assisted-practice session together.
• Use the tuner, metronome, and Performance Take recorder from the family view.

MADE FOR IPHONE AND IPAD

• Ask Siri to start practice for a named linked student, open the tuner or metronome, show the schedule, or open the next lesson.
• Use Live Activities and local reminders to keep music within easy reach.
• Keep working through brief connection gaps; pending changes sync after reconnecting.
• Use system accessibility features including Larger Text, VoiceOver, Dark Mode, and Reduce Motion.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN

• No advertising, third-party analytics SDKs, or cross-app tracking.
• Sharing is limited to connected teacher, student, and family relationships.
• Microphone access is requested only when you open the tuner or make a recording.
• Account deletion is available in Settings.
