Возврат оформил билетов Канакри- Москва , но в пресслужбе    Туту.ру кормили все время завтраками( обещаниями) что вот-вот ваше обращение будет рассмотрено авиакомпанией т.к ваши билеты возвратные, но так продолжалось дней 15..( в итоге мне деньги так и не вернули за исключением 4 т.р , потерял 90 000₽… они мне в приложении даже не отвечали, кормили обещаниями… вот, вот ваше обращение будет рассматриваться… за двое суток сделал возврат билетов в итоге - обман. Знайте в случае форс-мажорных обстоятельств- вы потеряете деньги! НИКОМУ НЕ РЕКОМЕНДУЮ ЭТО ПРИЛОЖЕНИЕ ТУТУ.РУ.
