I was using Bolt before but didn't have any beside me so decided to try Tuul for the first time. I parked exact same spot like yesterday with Bolt but turned out it was a restricted area & If i wanted to not pay the fee, then I had ro ride far away to get out of that zone. I didn't have time at all or I would have missed the tram & be late but I did look how far I should go to be out of th zone but in the meantime I did that, the cents were ticking....But I had to run already so I dis not have a choice other than pay a fee that is 6€. So my short quick ride became 7€ fee...I'm trying to save the money so this struck me. Sorry but I'll better stick with Bolt then, at least they don't have that many restricted areas. ### 5/5 — Comparison *2023-07-07* TUUL provides a better ride than BOLT but BOLT has more regions opened. For example Pirita-Kose. Kose tee is closed to TUUL but open for BOLT. ### 1/5 — Terrible! *2021-09-28* The promo refferal code is a lie, it did not work. The app also would not add my payment card, it was so inconvenient! I was not able to use the scooter. This is terrible, use any other scooter app. **Developer response:** Hello! We do not (and haven't previously) offer discounts for referrals. If you've been offered a code for a referral, it is most probably a third-party fraud that we have no control over.
