Other than the bin is full every 5 mins so it won’t run. Then the fresh part of the box doesn’t work says I’m missing a piece. No customer service. Há duas coisas que, particularmente, me irritam bastante. A primeira é a propaganda, que piora a interface, que já não é das mais bonitas. A segunda, e essa sim, me irrita muito mesmo, é o widget não ter uma indicação de on/off. Pra saber, por exemplo, se uma lâmpada está acesa ou não, só abrindo o app. Olhando para o widget não dá pra saber. Lamentável!! Makes it impossible to cancel! Beware! Buyer beware!! ### 1/5 — The worst thing that money can’t buy… *2026-08-07, version 7.10.0* It sounded perfect, except the camera hardly shows anything. It only covers a small area and the quality is extremely terrible even in daylight, it’s almost pitch black. They offer a subscription to enable what they call “Enhanced” view, but this supposedly “better” view was equally as terrible. They only allow you to trial this feature and wait for it… they let you try it for a few minutes. Even the greediest of companies aren’t don’t sink that low. I probably only got about 60 seconds of use at the time of trying it so I can barely even remember what it does. From what I do remember, there was too much exposure, it was significantly blurry and everything was an almost grey/blue colour. Which gives some insight into how bad the quality was before this. It was in no way enhanced apart from the view being somewhat brighter. The difference?: No subscription = Very poor quality. Subscription = Less than standard quality. I wasn’t going to pay but being that it’s too dark without the subscription and in an effort to ease my frustrations and keep my property safe at night, I caved in and attempted to purchase a subscription, only for the app to tell me that my camera is not eligible for those features/services… Firstly that’s rubbish because it allowed me to try this feature only a day ago and secondly, I’m not surprised it doesn’t work… it’s all in foreign currency (most of the app is somewhat foreign) but despite this, it doesn’t even allow me to select my device for the subscription. You also have to pay if you want doorbell alerts. There’s AI but you can only ask 2 things and then you have to wait or pay. If you are somehow able to buy the subscription then you get credits which go towards using the AI feature.. even then those will run out and if you’re in need of assistance/help you’ll likely have to pay again or wait. The AI is also poor as a single message usually starts with “I can fix this” and ends with “I’m not able to fix this”, and is not very helpful in general. There’s other services that it’s boasts about but doesn’t do or simple features that you would usually expect in a standard ‘free subscription’ that you have to pay for. It doesn’t work on my watch even thought it states that it does on top of all that, it’s difficult to navigate and faulty. Please don’t buy this. I’m so upset, I basically bought disappointment. I really wish I could get my money back :( ### 1/5 — IPVIEW screen LCD still stays a light *2026-08-07, version 7.10.0* When I use the camera in the app & then come out of it or close the app the IPVIEW screen LCD still stays a light but blank unless you tap it manually but if your away then it’s going to remain on using electricity. ### 1/5 — Why the ads? *2026-08-05, version 7.10.0* After the update where ads now open right when you need to click the power on button is ridiculous. App is horrible and customer service almost non existent . Issue reports left for years unhelped. Since AI added to app its even worse functioning. Cant control cameras, moving left right is somewhat responsive, moving up is temperamental and ive lost the ability to move the cameras downwards. When i open one camera it often opens the wrong camera but consistently swapping the same 2cameras (2 of 4) since they added the ability to edit and move tiles on your home page like it still remembers where they used to be so opens the wrong thing by mistake even though i didnt press that one and its moved.. Since AI added now struggling to just exit specific cameras like the back button doesn't always work. Cant get support. ABSOLUTELY waste of money and hardly better than nothing at all. You need specific date and time to review footage otherwise you comb through each second and you cant jump back or ahead and see where you're jumping to other than the time stamp which also isnt the accurate time but i cant find a way to change it. They removed the ability to delete or manage sd card memory from the app so you it is repeatedly just retaping over footage and losing footage and you cant control it and theres no warning when its going to do that. This app and their devices have been a truly horrible experience for me and caused so many ridiculous issues that i cant even reach out for help with. The reporting a problem page also has problems so i can't submit an issue most of the time that there is one because it freezes and wont register touch at all but also requires some information to be sent off. There are multiple things shown available on the app but from my experience most of the options dont actually work. Like setting a specific frame to surveil doesnt work at all. Motion detection on all levels available is incredibly flawed and you will be harrassed by notices of detection when there's genuinely literally NOTHING like the boy who cried wolf story. Theres an option so the cameras also apparently put a box frame around the object that moved so when movement is detected it shows precisely where but even with this turned on the above issue continues AND this has LITERALLY NEVER worked, i have never once had this option work. Seriously i have sent off report after report after report and spent so much time JUST trying to report things at all for help and NOTHING. ### 2/5 — Battery killer *2026-08-04, version 7.10.0* I don’t know why this app needs to know my location at all times. I don’t know why it needs access to everything it asked for accessible to. The tub chiller I installed it for is just as easy to use with the controls on top of the unit (maybe easier) as with this app. The app did work, so 2 stars instead of none, but it totally killed my phone battery and makes me wonder what else it was doing. I uninstalled it (I hope). ### 1/5 — Stop with Ia *2026-08-03* It’s saying IA when it’s not needed and there are no IA anyway. App should be more simple. It says the maximum speed is 35 km/h (but it needs to be unlocked), yet it comes from the factory set with a maximum speed of only 25 km/h. I contacted customer service and they told me I could unlock it through the app, and that I needed to make sure I had the latest version, which I already updated, and still the option to increase the speed does not appear for my E‑Scooter. I bought it specifically because it said it could reach that speed; otherwise I wouldn’t have purchased it. I will never purchase another tuya product. The remotes were only 2 years old and now they are unsupported.
