Hi this is not working

**Developer response:** Hi, please provide more details about the issue you are experiencing, such as your device model, iOS/tvOS version, and what exactly is not working. Also make sure you have installed the latest version of the app, as several improvements and fixes were included in the recent update.

I need to cancel a don’t work for me please can’t I get my money back tanks

**Developer response:** Refund requests are handled directly by Apple. You can request a refund from Apple through your App Store purchase history or by visiting Apple’s refund page. TV Box is a media/IPTV player application and requires compatible IPTV/M3U/Xtream sources to function properly. If you are experiencing a technical issue, please also make sure you are using the latest version of the app.

This is a worse worse worse app any one can download. I just wasted my 400 rupees. I wish their was a way to get my money back. Really regret buying the app. Please guys do not buy it. 95 percent are the news channels of different countries the rest 5 percent do not even work properly... their was not a single entertaining channel on this app. Just don’t download it. 
:(

Isso é um GOLPE, instalei no iPhone 12 e não tinha nada pra assistir… Não comprem… GOLPE…

O aplicativo foi desenvolvido para funcionar com listas IPTV/M3U/Xtream do próprio usuário. No nosso site existem apenas links de teste e exemplos públicos para demonstração do funcionamento do player.

Waste of money, bad tv channels. Don’t buy it

**Developer response:** TV Box does not provide a premium TV subscription or bundled channel service. The channels available on the website and inside the app are only public demo/test streams intended to demonstrate how the player works. The app itself is a media/IPTV player designed for users to add and use their own IPTV, M3U or Xtream sources.

I have downloaded this app on Apple Tab which was about $12 
I have added few live channels into it which is working perfectly at 1st 
But each time there is a new update on Apple TV , this app will reset by itself and all
The channels disappears which is pretty annoying. 
Hope the developers of this app , can fix this problem as it’s frustrating to keep adding the same channels over and over each time we update our Apple TV

Abi merhaba. (Apple TV 4) 
Abi ben nasıl TV8 kanalını programa yazıyım? Sonra Azerbaijan kanallarını yazmak istiyom, alınmıyo. 
E, işte "Yeni kanal yazmak" ona basıyom, TV8 syte giriyom, Canlı yayına, ordan URL adresi götürüyom sonra Apple TV'de oraya yazıyorum sonra OK basıyorum. Bitti... Amma olmadı çıkdı gitti, olamadı ani... 
Yani işde sen Programa düzeltip koya bilirmisin? Bütün Türk kanallarını ve bütün Azeri kanallarını. 
Eğer sen yapa bilirsen çok memnum olurum abi. 
Teşekürler. Ne kadar tez olsa o kadar güzel olur :)

Nach dem gestrigen Update stimmen die Streams überhaupt nicht mehr mit den Namen überein. vorher war nur ein kleiner Fehler, bei dem DR 1 als DR 2 ausgegeben war. Ausserdem bemängel ich die Fehlerhafte Favoriten-Zuordnung. Wenn ich SVT 1 anklicke, dann soll das auch in die Favoriten und nicht Sojuz.
