## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Lazy drivers at T5 Heathrow

*2025-12-16, version 105*

Never leave on time always late last few months service has deteriorated

### 1/5 — Constantly Crashes

*2022-12-01, version 39.5*

Can no longer use the app as it crashes all the time when I try to type in a destination.

### 1/5 — Doesn’t work as it should

*2022-09-12, version 39.1*

They put in a option that allow you to see live buses and where they are, it doesn’t matter because it’s not accurate.
Buses don’t respect the timetable so imagine this app.

### 1/5 — Slow and not updated

*2022-02-01, version 36.3*

Timetable is not available on the app so not helpful to plan journey

### 1/5 — Misleading Title!

*2021-01-23, version 33.3.4125*

This isn’t a Thames Valley buses App. It’s a Courtney ONLY buses app.

Or perhaps Courtney are so egotistical they think they run the only bus services in the Thames Valley?

### 2/5 — Out bus

*2025-04-09, version 87*

Bring our number 9 bus please

### 3/5 — Good but could be better

*2024-11-19, version 77*

The thing that drives me mad about this app is that instead of telling you what time a bus is expected, it tells you how many minutes it will be from now. For instance I just saw that my bus is expected in 53 minutes. That means nothing, I have to do the arithmetic and work out what time it’s expected and whether it will be on time or late. There is no technical reason to show it like this, it’s a design decision and one that makes no sense.

### 5/5 — TV Bus app is brilliant

*2026-06-11, version 115*

I find the app very useful as it gives real time bus arrivals which seam to be very accurate. The bus tracking feature is also very useful as you can be reassured the bus is on its way.

### 5/5 — On time

*2026-01-25, version 107*

Excellent service!

### 5/5 — Excellent

*2024-05-07, version 64*

Excellent

## Most praised reviews (7 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Service

*2023-02-20, version 40.0.5*

Drivers all pleasant friendly and helpful

### 5/5 — You can add and save future tickets

*2022-08-04, version 38.2.1*

Can save tickets to use later. Simon Fisher from customer service is great help.

### 5/5 — M (Mark) Bayrak

*2022-03-26, version 36.3.6*

Driver for 13:48 from Bracknell (26-03-2022) was very helpful. I would like to thank him….

### 5/5 — App

*2021-03-24, version 33.3.4150*

Easy to use and informative

### 5/5 — MASSIVE STEP FORWARD

*2020-12-10, version 33.2.4084*

Whilst the old Courtney app was often inaccurate and cumbersome with no tracking and loads of software issues, the new Thames Valley app has nailed it with the real-time tracking, mobile tickets, etc...! Definitely a massive improvement!

### 5/5 — Very good app

*2020-05-27, version 30.0.3759*

Very good app on the basis it has great features but the fares are Rediculous. A child return 1 mile and back is £2.50 for the Route I need? I’ve been to Wycombe and £2.50 was the price of a 6 mile day ticket?

### 5/5 — Amazing

*2020-02-06, version 28.0.3626*

Coming from the old app (which was okay btw) this is a MASSIVE improvement, real time information and mobile tickets, very impressed with this app, it even has dark mode support for iOS 13! Very well done to the developers!
