### 1/5 — It wasn’t broken, so why did you ‘fix’ it?

Don’t bother downloading this app. It’s no longer worth the cost. They have catastrophically broken it and no amount of patching things seems to get it to even a remotely stable state. When it does somewhat function, it hangs often. Not something you expect to happen on a current gen device.

Recent updates has broken a lot of this app. Shows show up multiple times in lists. Some days, ten episodes will be unmarked as watched and show up again. Today, a show checked itself off before I checked it. Did you code these updates with AI because that would explain this breaking so badly.

You want me to pay additionally for movies now when I’m already paying monthly and it’s not working for the tv section. Get it working before you make these updates live. 🤦🏻‍♀️

I’ve been using this app for nearly a year as it offered a much more native experience over the now defunct TV Time. In the last few updates TV Club’s polish and further refinements have taken this from something that seemed like a side hobby to a serious contender in the whole space. Love it!

The most recent update has made the app more difficult to use in my opinion. My schedule takes forever to load when I try to pull it up and some shows end up showing twice for the same episode which is confusing. Could the batching of episodes be made optional in settings so that each individual episode shows instead of being batched in random date ranges? I also find that the shows pages don’t match the schedule for some reason. I love this app and would hate to have to find a different one that does what I want it to like this one used to.

Previously paid for premium, but with the new update I am unable to add new shows. It wants me to subscribe monthly or pay $69.99 for lifetime. Oh, the settings state: “Premium is now Gold. As a Premium user, redeem your free subscription now.” This just links to the same 7 day free trial everyone else gets. I tried emailing the developer but no response.  Can I get a refund for what I paid given that it was taken away from me?

I have given time for this to be updated and fixed but it doesn’t seem to be happening. I’m so sad. I’ve used the app for many many years. Used to love it. Not so much anymore.

This was my go to app for TV Show schedules. But thanks to the latest update it might be time to change. 
It’s the sad state of development these days.
Rewrite a stable app. 
Put new features no one wants and release it before it’s ready, so it’s buggy and missing features. And then slowly add everything back while you annoy your user base . Disappointing.

Faster Schedule
If you track a lot of shows, the Schedule could take a minute or more to appear. It now opens straight away, however large your library.

More air times
We can now work out release times for many more streaming shows, so fewer episodes show a date with no time. Apple TV+ times have been corrected and Peacock added.

Archives back in the filter
Reach your archived shows from the Library's filter menu instead of scrolling to the bottom.

Marking waits for air time
An episode can't be ticked off until it's actually out where you are. If we've got a time wrong, you can mark it anyway.

- Air times, unstuck: Shows that were only ever showing a date now show a time.
- A more reliable Schedule: Episodes stay anchored to the right day, and the list keeps up as you mark things watched.
- Sharper search when adding: Narrow by genre, release year, rating and popularity, with a live count as you go.
- Tidier Watch List: Collapse the movies section when you only want to see shows. It stays how you leave it.
- A cleaner Library: More room for your posters, with the add button now within thumb's reach.

Plus fixes to show statuses, subscription handling, and a batch of refinements throughout.

- The Schedule is now a full timeline — scroll back through everything you've watched and forward as far as episodes are announced, with days, weeks and months grouping themselves as you go.
- Full-season drops appear as a single card ("S02 E01–E10") instead of filling the screen, and past months group the same way.
- Tap "Today" any time — or tap the Schedule tab again — to jump straight back to where you are.
- Episodes with a known air time can now be marked watched once they've actually aired, rather than from midnight.
- Newly added shows display their "Ended" label right away.
- Re-adding a show no longer clears its folder or archive status.
- Fixed: the notifications toggle in Settings could show "on" after permission was denied.
- Also fixed: rotating your phone no longer scrambles the Schedule layout, the library search keyboard closes when you scroll, and episodes without a published description say so instead of blaming your connection.

### 4.36.7 — 2026-07-30

- Your watch history is now complete: specials and one-off episodes you'd already watched carry over properly. 
- Folders work correctly for shows added since the big update — they show up in Settings, in the assignment list, and with the right counts everywhere. 
- Tap a show's name from any episode to jump straight to that show, right where you left off. 
- Real air times now fill in reliably for broadcast and cable shows. 
- Also fixed: subscription restore now tells you the truth, a rare launch crash, and shows no longer disappear from your Watch List on the day their last episode airs.

Note: your folder counts may go DOWN after updating — archived and duplicate entries were being counted twice before. Nothing has been removed from your library.
