My schedule takes forever to load when I try to pull it up and some shows end up showing twice for the same episode which is confusing. Could the batching of episodes be made optional in settings so that each individual episode shows instead of being batched in random date ranges? I also find that the shows pages don’t match the schedule for some reason. I love this app and would hate to have to find a different one that does what I want it to like this one used to. ### 3/5 — Add New Features = Break Old Features *2026-08-14* This was my go to app for TV Show schedules. But thanks to the latest update it might be time to change. It’s the sad state of development these days. Rewrite a stable app. Put new features no one wants and release it before it’s ready, so it’s buggy and missing features. And then slowly add everything back while you annoy your user base . Disappointing. ### 2/5 — Last update terrible *2026-08-02* The change of the layout was terrible. If something works well, it shouldn't be messed with. It was super simple before the update, but now—just for the sake of aesthetics—they've made it really annoying to navigate. I want my favorite series app back to the old layout. ### 1/5 — Big Update ruined it. *2026-07-31, version 4.36.7* This was great but since the major update a month or so ago it has really been messed up and various updates have not fixed it. I hope it gets sorted soon otherwise I might have to give up on it. ### 1/5 — Latest Refreshed App Unusable *2026-07-27, version 4.36.6* This used to be great. You’d see shows upcoming months in advance, it would alert you to shows that were canceled, and it would keep things organized. This recent refresh and app “glow-up” is horrible. Took all the features away. You can’t easily see what’s coming months in advance—now it’s just two months. You can’t swipe and check up on what’s been canceled. You can’t organize like you used to. Why fix something that wasn’t broken. Happily paid the $7.99 a year but now will go towards Trakt or a similar app. It’s a shame. Was one of my steady and tried and true apps I used daily. ### 1/5 — The update is really disappointing. *2026-07-27* The update is really disappointing. They should have kept the old layout, which was simple and easy to use. I do not understand how the developer thought it was good to go and how it made through the App Store review process. The developer should immediately provide an update that rolls back the changes. NO THANKS TO SUPPORT, 2 days no reply *2026-07-22, version 4.36.4* I have been a paying member since 2020 and I too lost all my shows and watch lists after this update that came with absolutely no instructions on how to recoup lost data. Here’s what fixed mine perfectly! Click on get 2 day free trial. Do not choose a plan but scroll through to the bottom Then you’ll get to a screen that has extremely small print at the bottom that says restore purchases and Bam! They have catastrophically broken it and no amount of patching things seems to get it to even a remotely stable state. When it does somewhat function, it hangs often. Some days, ten episodes will be unmarked as watched and show up again. Today, a show checked itself off before I checked it. Did you code these updates with AI because that would explain this breaking so badly. You want me to pay additionally for movies now when I’m already paying monthly and it’s not working for the tv section. As a Premium user, redeem your free subscription now.” This just links to the same 7 day free trial everyone else gets. I tried emailing the developer but no response. Teilweise ist bekommt man einen Tag vor Ausstrahlung eine Mitteilung das die Folge veröffentlicht wurde. Auch die Startuhrzeit ist häufig nicht mehr vorhanden. Damit ist die App eigentlich unbrauchbar geworden. Super das man Filme hinzugefügt hat aber die vorherige Kernfunktionalität so verschlechtert wurde. In the last few updates TV Club’s polish and further refinements have taken this from something that seemed like a side hobby to a serious contender in the whole space. Love it! ### 5/5 — Recent Updates Ruined App *2026-07-29, version 4.36.6* I’ve been using this app for almost 8 years. The last 6 of those paid for the subscription. It’s been great, but not perfect. Although, the newest updates have made it nearly unusable. From the bugs to the absurd lagging. You click to check a show as watched and you have to wait 30 seconds for it to acknowledge. It’s lagged in the past when doing bulk selections but hardly ever for a single check. It’s been the worst experience while charging more for the subscriptions. Not exactly the best user experience.
