### 5/5 — Powerful. Wow. Best

*2026-04-03*

This app is a convenient and reliable backup remote for Roku TV that turns your iPhone into a fully functional controller with a clean, intuitive interface. Setup is quick and seamless—just connect both devices to the same Wi-Fi network, and the app automatically detects your TV for instant pairing. While the virtual keyboard and touchpad make navigation and searching much easier, some features like text input don't work with all streaming apps, and premium functions require a subscription that may feel steep for a remote utility. Overall, it's a well-designed, privacy-friendly tool that every Roku owner with an iPhone should keep handy, even if it doesn't completely replace the physical remote in every situation.
