Only a few buttons in this app work and the advertisements pop up so often you can close them to use the remote.

Select System > Advanced System Settings. 3. Choose Control by mobile apps. 4. Enable Network Access. This should restore the connection.

I've had this app for 3 years now and I thought it was pretty convenient for when we lost a remote. I didn't mind the few ads that popped up but now w it's gotten to the point where I'm constantly asked to upgrade to premium and I can scroll over once to get to what I want to watch and an ad pops up. It's constant. It's very much annoying and there's no way I'm paying for premium for a remote. I don't understand why anyone would when an actual Roku remote is $10. So stupid. I will be removing the app from my phone.
