I misplaced the original remote 2 days ago. I downloaded this app today and was unsuccessful in getting it connecting to work properly.
 I emailed the app’s support team 5 times today and never was provided nor contacted in order I may use this app.

Poor service - poor app

I can’t get the app to work . It didn’t want to connect then I finally got it up connect and it says my device is connected but everything I press on the remote sends me back to connect a device which says my device is connected . I emailed support who generated the same basic generic email that they are sorry and working on it ASAP and want you to rate them 5 stars but I have yet to get a follow up email with a solution to my problem. I hope I can get a refund since it does me no good to have an app that don’t work

Got this app because I lost the remote but you need remote to work this app

After reading your review, we guess that you're trying to control your Samsung TV by using our app. Actually some of the TV requires our users have the remote so they can allow the permission to our app to control their TV, however, we have developed other solutions so our users can do that without the remote by using the hard button on the TV. Charge before you use it. Says doesn’t need remote. You do!!!!! Tv will not allow use unless you allow. Can’t do it without original remote
