I like t tvsn , but` developers,’ need to realise people of different ability WANT to use it but can’t! Letters on screen in tiny pink letters for example. Thankfully the phone teams are very helpful and. But please TVSN can you fix the issue with using PayPal? Every time I try to pay my order by PayPal the app crashes and I have to start all over again. Same thing happens in mobile browser version. That's the only reason I didn't rate this higher. ### 4/5 — Great app *2017-05-22, version 1.0.6* Love this app. 4 stars only because there is small room for improvement. Keep finding myself swiping to go back but can only move back by pressing the arrow at the bottom of the page. Also if you leave the app with items in the cart and go back to it in a few minutes the cart is emptied but stock isn't released so need to wait the allotted time before being able to reselect and continue with purchase. This app is unfortunately just the mobile website (or at least I haven't seen any real difference). Having a tab that brings up all account details including links for tracking would be good as well as a Wishlist tab or a "brand I love" tab that maybe able to give you notifications when Wishlist items or brands are back in stock or are on sale could be cool too. Im so ready to give 5 stars but I'm hoping for some better features first. ### 3/5 — Meh same as the website *2017-05-02, version 1.0.4* Big fan of TVSN but with the app, maybe include catch up videos? I have complained to customer care but the word back from the tech people was that it must be my phone. I have 27 apps on my phone and none of them do this except TVSN.poSsum1 TVSN needs to thoroughly re-look at their app and own their problems. The problem that I am talking about used to be transient. I was excited to hear that an app was released BUT this is not a real app - it's just the mobile website (as others have mentioned). Unlike others I don't feel stars are deserved for transferring a website. So please please get us a REAL app! A real app would allow for authentication retention if selected, a real app would even integrate authentication with the device fingerprint or a code. If I have to keep logging in I might as well keep using the website atleast the browser keeps my login details for me. And an app would not still have sections referring to web browser only information- look under More information Security. I'm sure it's not the only item but as much as I like TVSN I'm not beta testing for them. ### 1/5 — Same as Web Site *2017-05-07, version 1.0.4* Same as the web site but the web site is a lot better to view and browse through.
