I bought the 3 month subscription and it took the money from me but wouldn’t let me log into my account. I contacted the TVALB assistance chat online, and I was told that TVALB does not offer services in Europe. They said they would refund me, so I hope they do. 
But I’m not sure why it took the money if the services were not available to begin with?

I prescribed for the TVAlb service for a year for $189.90 for the US/Canada region,  advertised as a promotion. I have a steady 300 MB home internet but I constantly have technical issue for both the “Live” and the “catch-up” programs. The picture freezes, skips multiple minutes of the game and makes it annoying when important moments  are missing. You cannot enjoy it. The customer service says the same thing over and over again: sorry, technical problem and no chance for a refund!! Avoid this company. P.S. they just reduced their price for $179.99, due to no public interest

Edhe ne momentin e blerjes per pergjedhjen e paktes nuk informohesh ne website se ku perfshihet big brother Albania. Zgjedh paken mobile dhe shikon qe Big Brother Albania nuk ofrohet. Merr customer service dhe thone: pse nuk na more perpara se te beje blerjen, sepse big brother albania ofrehet ne paketen 3n1. Po pse nuk e vendosni ju ne website, po e thua tani ne telefon mbasi une kam blerjen pse sna more perpara blerjes? Vazhdon kaseta : bej blerjen 3n1 dhe e shikon. Dua rimbursim sepse u be blerje e gabuar nga mungesa juaj e informimit dhe nuk dua upgrade. Pra xhesti dhe loja e fjalve ka te beje jo parate qe na iken gabimisht per mungese informacioni. Bravo biznes shqiptaresh.. Sot 13 Janar, 2023 kur e gjithe shqiptaria pret fillimin e BB VIP 3 serverat e TV ALB jane down. Shume bukur.. Do not sell more subscriptions than you can handle. Very upset customer right here! And to make things works the phone lines are busy and the online chat wont respond after greeting you.

Me kete versionin e fundit qe supozohet te jete me modern, regjistrimet per te pare emisone te diteve te kaluara nuk punojne me, vetem live tv punon. 
Une personalisht jam abonuar vetem se kishte regjistrime qe mund ti shikonim ne darke ose kur merrnim pushim nga puna. Kush ka kohe te shohe televizion live? Ne qofte se kjo nuk regullohet per mua ky vit eshte viti i fundit qe abonohem dhe nuk do ta rinovoj abonimin vitin qe vjen.
