## What is TVB?

With TVB you can search the library catalogue for books and documents in libraries in the Treviso Library System. You can:
 - check articles in the newsstand
 - Search library holdings for availability of books and other materials or use a fast bar code search to find documents.
 - Search ELib (eBooks, audio books, video, data bases, music, etc...)
 - Check the availability of documents in libraries.
 - Request or place bookings for the loan of an item or extend an item’s loan period.
 - Save items in your personal bibliography.
 - Suggest an item for purchase to the librarian.
 - Check your status as a library patron.
 - view map of with closest libraries with a copy of the document.

Furthermore, this version includes:
 - iPad desing which uses the the full iPad screen to make more information immediately available.
 - new search filters and capabilities using facets and classifications: tags, authors, year of publication, material types, etc...
 - you can now choose multiple preferred libraries.
 - listings highlight documents available in preferred libraries.
 - document details show availability on the same page.
 - you can now share events, news and titles on the major social networks.
 - synchronize your bibliograohy with the library portal.
 - recommended reading ("people who read this, also read...")
 - news is updated in real time.

Questa sera 24 marzo ore 21 iil corriere non si può leggere. Che succede.

La modalità di prenotazione usata in quest’app fa passare la voglia di andare in biblioteca.

Quasi impossibile trovare posto e ci si trova molto spesso alle 10 di mattina con la biblioteca mezza vuota perché le persone non si presentano.
Inoltre bisogna aspettare le 10, se va bene le 10 perché gli operatori potrebbe dimenticarsi di farlo, che il personale della biblioteca liberi i posti non occupati; ma farlo fare al sistema in automatico?

Sarebbe tutto più semplice e funzionale se sui banchi ci fosse un codice o un qr-code da scansionare, quando si arriva, per confermare la prenotazione. Il tutto con un lasco di 30-40min, perché se devi studiare non arrivi in biblioteca alle 10.30 ma quando apre.

Tutto questo accade anche per quando riguarda le prenotazioni del pomeriggio.

Se sei di Treviso e ti piace leggere non puoi farne a meno. La provincia ti offre un servizio incredibile, migliaia di libri a tua disposizione in decine di biblioteche. Fantastico.

L’ho preso un po’ dubbiosa, non è il mio genere,invece si è rivelato un libro sorprendente. Spiegarlo non rende l’idea, bisogna leggerlo.

Dopo aver cercato vari libri, scorrendo la lista dei risultati, l’applicazione va in crash.
Non è una questione di memoria del dispositivo, poiché ho 10 GB liberi 
Spero risolviate in fretta, perché così è inutilizzabile …

È un’applicazione studiata malissimo. Tralasciando la difficoltà nell’utilizzo le prime volte, è contro le persone che vogliono studiare in biblioteca. Per riuscire a trovare un posto devi prenotare la settimana prima perché nel dubbio tutti prenotano e si trova la biblioteca completamente vuota alle 10:00 di mattina perché tutti prenotano ma nessuno si presenta. 
Consiglio agli sviluppatori di semplificare la modalità di prenotazione e soprattutto di inserire un qrcode nei posti dove si studia (come per altro fanno tutte le altre app per le prenotazioni nelle biblioteche universitarie) per confermare la presenza in biblioteca e se dopo 30 minuti dall’apertura nessuno si presenta allora il posto viene liberato e si permette ad altri di usufruire del posto.
