我曾經是長榮航空的雇員之一(2002-2013),這家公司的高階主管慣於用威脅，恐嚇的方式管理下屬,下屬有問題反應給上層時,上層往往是口頭上回答的很客氣,但是細品回答的內容卻是讓人「聽而卻步」，之所以會是這樣是來自於張家帝王家族的傳統作風,幾十年的「優良傳統」不可能改變！
