Avoid this company my friend, when you open a new account they gonna dance around you but after that if you call them be prepared to stay on hold 40 min and than be transferred to another “department” and wait another 40 min and in the end of the day you have the same problem you came with, the employees are not under control so nobody does anything

The app is not intuitive and putting money into the fuel card is god awful. The phone service is also very tedious and they never seem to answer the calls. Fix the app, many of the big problems will be resolved.

I’ve had TVC going on three years already. Never had any issues with the app or the customer service representatives. Customer service representatives are very professional and the lawyers they choose to fight. Your tickets are the top best.

Question, do you have deal with Pilot’ truck stop  to have get fuel  if no. I wish if you have deal for discount fuel  for our convinence  it is  more available the other truck stop
