I started out in Ft. Oglethorpe & loved it. When I noticed you was coming to my city I was so excited until we only got 2 tellers while my other has 5 lanes. Customers has to sit in line for 30 minutes on Thursdays & Fridays which is too long to wait. There is another lane that empty so please add another line. So all my contacts have been sending me money to my old Zelle account but I’ve not been able to receive it because TVFCU can’t use Zelle. ### 1/5 — Bad tech *2025-03-08, version 4016.0.1* Trying to be like the big boys and do more than they are able to. App constantly crashes, fancy features rarely work, and just can’t do many small things right. ### 1/5 — THE WORST BANK APP *2025-01-16, version 4012.3.0* 1. TVFCU’s banking app NEVER synchronizing correctly with passwords. 2. The scanning feature on the deposit feature is the ABSOLUTELY WORST, WORST, WORST. It either says the size the check varies from front to back or it can’t read something, or something is missing (e.g. date) when it is clearly printed on the check. I have used MULTIPLE devices and the problems are consistent across all brands and models used.
