Its the same 30 seconds no matter what time or how many times I try! Also I have to select a free channel before I can select one I’ve paid for! I didn’t think we’d be even using aerials by now to be honest. Such a good idea but just can’t seem to get it reliable enough. Now they’re loosing channels and it’s become an assortment of rubbish channels that nobody’s really heard of. Literally have this app for ITV and Channel 4. Recently it has started to ask for my password very regularly, which s incredibly annoying when I go to watch something, as I miss some of the programme. ### 1/5 — Frustrating ! *2021-05-15, version 3.11* Such a great concept for an app and I say concept because in its current format it just does not work. I have a paid subscription and it won’t allow me to watch any of the premium channels so I am limited to only a few. I raised the issue with the support team to be told it was an issue with apple. I then spoke with someone at apple who tried to help me troubleshoot the problem. Both the app and my phone are completely up to date and it was concluded it was an issue with tv player and something the developers needed to resolve. Should be available on smart TVs but isn't. Seems the only stable place you can watch it is on phone or laptop! This app although a little buggy at first has developed into a nice tool. I wonder is there any plans to add more content? Recently downloaded again, and although there seems to be less channels, they seem far better and always find something to watch! Just got rid of my recent expensive media contract and switching to this full time tv watching. Brilliant! Can’t think why not 5 stars!! The new update must have been a good one. Interface is easy to use and very pleasing. Would love a rewind option and couple more great channels. The only problem is there is no way of cancelling subscription. You go to the google web page as asked to do for managing account, under summary it states subscribed, that’s correct. Then under my subscription it states the subscription has expired, resubscribe leaving no option to cancel the subscription. ### 3/5 — Please fix the hanging on live tv!!! *2020-07-15* Ok, so I’ve been using this for a bit, it used to work no problem...now when trying to watch any channel it hangs not long after starting. Bug fixes here and there are either not working, or you’re not looking at the problem which many of your paying customers are mentioning. On other sites let alone you’re own one. iPad, iPhone...we pay for this service...which atm, isn’t a service tbh. You’ve just updated again and it has the same issue!! Redesigning the app look doesn’t make everything better. It’s undergone changes some people like and other’s dislike. That’s neither here nor there when your app on AppleTV gets logged out quite often, and I’m not home to login yet again. Good thing we’re on lockdown and I have nothing else to do. I opened up the iPhone and it was logged out. When I try to get the free trial, it tells me, my subscription renews & the date it renews on, yet the prime channels have a red lock on them! Plus when you watch, sorry try to watch anything, in pop out screen, you can’t, it keeps crashing!
