Now does not recognize my email but recognized my phone #. Cannot send a new password due to above. I received an email from admin regarding the captcha verification which blocked me every time. I could clearly see all numbers involved on all occasions and yet I was unable to enter. Admin gives advice in email to reset captcha until clearly visible. I replied that I was 100% positive of entries.
