## What is TW Transit Radar?

TW Transit Radar brings Taiwan’s rail map, upcoming trains and journey planning together for everyday commutes and trips around Taiwan.

FOUR INTERFACE LANGUAGES
Choose English, Japanese, Korean or Traditional Chinese, or follow your device language. Foreign-language interfaces pair official English station names with Chinese for easy comparison with signs. Search by English or Chinese name, or station code.

FIND YOUR NEXT TRAIN
• Tap a station on the map to see departures.
• Metro and light rail departures are grouped by direction, with express and commuter services identified. Show 2, 4, 6 or 8 trains per direction.
• Check first and last train information for metro and light rail.
• Taipei Metro Red Line uses official departure schedules, including Guangci/Fengtian Temple and short-turn trains.
• For Taiwan Railways and THSR, choose a query time, filter by destination, and view stops and travel times. Taiwan Railways uses its official clockwise/counterclockwise directions; THSR uses southbound/northbound.
• Pin a Taiwan Railways or THSR train and follow your journey above the map. Taiwan Railways delays and positions appear when available; THSR progress is estimated from its timetable.

PLAN YOUR JOURNEY
Plan across networks with estimated waiting and arrival times and clear walking-transfer information. Adult single-journey fare references are available for selected networks, together with travel times and connecting lines.
Save favorite stations, return to recently viewed stations, or allow location access to find the nearest station.

SUPPORTED NETWORKS
Taipei Metro, Taoyuan Airport MRT, New Taipei Metro Circular and Sanying lines, Danhai LRT, Ankeng LRT, Taichung MRT, Kaohsiung Metro, Kaohsiung LRT, Taiwan Railways and Taiwan High Speed Rail.

ABOUT THE DATA
Metro and light rail departures first show timetables or headway estimates. Valid live arrival estimates from Taoyuan Airport MRT, Kaohsiung Metro and Kaohsiung LRT update automatically and appear in green. Live arrival estimates are not train positions. Taiwan Railways and THSR use public timetables and available operating data. Date-specific timetables, delays, positions and fares depend on each network’s data availability. Always follow operator announcements for actual service and fares.
Transit data come from MOTC TDX and transport operators. Some station positions are from OpenStreetMap contributors (ODbL). Taiwan’s outline and office calendar are provided under the Open Government Data License.

PRIVACY
No account, ads or third-party analytics. With your permission, location is used only on your device to find nearby stations; your personal location is not uploaded. You can also decline location access and search manually.

・過期班次自動移除，也可隨時取消釘選

到站看板操作更簡潔：
・捷運路線、台鐵與高鐵選項集中於常駐列
・路線代碼與名稱合併顯示，減少重複標籤
・釘選卡片收合後，地圖顯示空間自動調整

到站看板改為路線圖顯示：
・不必先選下車站，直接看到整條路線每一站的乘車時間與票價
・時間與票價分開排版，直達車與各站停用相同樣式，方便上下對照
・行車時間改用官方表定值，修正部分路線的低估

可以查任意時間的班次：
・新增「出發時間」，可挑今天到 30 天內的任一時刻
・查別的時刻一律標示為表定班表，不顯示即時誤點與倒數

地圖改畫真實軌道走向：
・路線沿實際軌道繪製，不再是站與站之間的直線
・涵蓋台鐵、高鐵與各捷運／輕軌，含支線分岔與環狀線
・官方尚未提供線形的路段（例如三鶯線）維持直線

修正：
・高鐵班次不會再因為本機班表過期而整個消失
・修正安坑輕軌台北小城站的位置
・三鶯線改為正式營運時間（06:00–24:00）
・日期與時間挑選器改為中文
