### 2/5 — Zero customer service…crickets

*2026-08-26*

I paid for the 1-year subscription and still haven’t been able to access the content. I’m sure it’s a great app, I just can’t see it. I have contacted them various ways over the course of 2-3 weeks, twice via email and once through the app “contact us” feature. So far I have not seen a response. TWA…please help!

### 5/5 — Very nice

*2026-07-07*

compared to other apps i’ve used in the past, TWA is best if you’re more advanced in ASL. the variety of signs and other ways of signing it is great. one thing i’d say is it might look scary for people new to ASL.

### 4/5 — Best dictionary, but we’re missing out on EVERYTHING TWA has to offer!

*2026-06-28*

This is easily the best ASL dictionary on the App Store. It has tons of signs, including multiple variations, and is constantly being updated, which I love. However…

As a former TWA curriculum student, I was pretty bummed to see that even those who pay for the subscription don’t get access to the Conversation Starter videos/worksheets, DTT videos/worksheets, POA videos/worksheets, etc. I bought a subscription hoping I would gain access to those things once I paid, because they really helped me improve my skills when I used the curriculum in my ASL class.

Otherwise, it’s a good dictionary. Just wish there was an option for us to be able to pay for the full TWA experience.

### 5/5 — 💗💗💗💗💗💗

### 5/5 — Great app!

*2026-05-19*

Thanks for making it easy to search - I don’t even have to press enter. Videos are quick to lead and the ASL has good representation of variations.

### 5/5 — Best asl app out there!

*2026-04-21*

Love love love this app! Super diverse signers showing a range of sign variations. Easy to use! Can’t wait to see how this app continues to develop!

### 5/5 — Amazing

*2026-01-27*

This is more than a dictionary - it’s a great tool for learning ASL! It’s definitely the best app I have found. So many gems and I love all the diverse Deaf signers. Well worth the price.

### 5/5 — Amazing!

*2024-10-23*

We love this app! It’s just what we needed to figure out signs quickly and on the go!

### 5/5 — Easy to learn!

*2024-03-19*

ASL isn’t easy but when you use this apps, it’s so much better! Another ASL apps aren’t enforced by 100% Deaf community like many ASL apps are. And this also have more diverse signers. So pick your own poison, I’m definitely sticking with What’s The Sign?!

### 1/5 — Confused

*2024-01-31*

How can I subscribe for my hearing husband to learn with me I’m hard of hearing and price we concerned for one phone or two phones ?
