Every few minutes I’m forced to sit through unskippable ads that are up to two minutes long. At that point, it’s not really a free app—it’s an ad platform with a little bit of functionality in between. I understand that developers need to make money, but the frequency and length of the ads are excessive and ruin the user experience. A reasonable number of short ads would be one thing, but forcing users to watch multiple two-minute ads just to use basic features feels misleading and frustrating.
