## What is TWESMO Chat?

Twesmo Chat is a secure chat application with 2-way locking feature so it only allows to view the conversation when both parties want to chat together.

This happens by registering in the application using a name and a phone number then receiving the verification message to confirm that the user owns that number.

The application then loads the contacts from the device and looks for those contacts who have installed TWESMO, then it allows to ping a user to start chatting. On the other side the user receives a ping request and is able to accept the ping ( which will start the conversation ) or ignore it.

In all cases, only if both parties want to chat they can do so, the first party will ping and the second party should accept the ping to allow chatting and the conversation to show up

TWESMO required access to your contacts, and will send you notifications and will require access to your media library and camera/microphone to provide you with the best experience and to be able to communicate with your friends using TWESMO.
