### 1/5 — Can’t add anything to cart, useless

I can’t add anything to my cart to make a purchase, making this app useless. Whatever I select to add to the cart, it just doesn’t appear in the cart. The cart remains empty no matter what I do. I’m on an iPhone 12pro. 
Annoyingly, twg keeps advertising 15% off if you purchase through the app. But I CAN’T purchase through the app!

It’s absolutely ridiculous for as much is this tea cost that the app would be ridiculously slow and most times not functioning. Ive seen paint dry faster!!! I’ve tried contacting TWG but have not heard back from anyone since receiving an advertisement advising I could get 15% off if I downloaded the app and made a purchase. I have tried countless times to make a purchase, I’ve even deleted and re-downloaded the app several times. And attempted to open the app from a Apple iPad, Apple iPhone, and a Samsung phone and still have not been able to complete the purchase. Every time I get to the purchase page it freezes. Absolutely ridiculous!!!!

Hey I just wanna let you know that the iPad version of your app is totally non-functional. I’m not gonna be mean or nasty just letting you know this app does not work.

Let me know when you’ve updated the app I will download it again and try it out.

Truly one of the worst apps I’ve used in a while. The app seems to have created for Gen 1 of app builds. Fire your devs and hire the intern. Load times take forever. Each field took minutes (yes, minutes) to populate fields. And checkout and payment system is broken.

For a first version app this is pretty good. It is definitely a colorful app with an unconventional navigation that helps it stand apart from other apps even those in the same genre like the Nespresso app. At least with TWG you don’t need special equipment to enjoy it. The app has the potential to deeply immerse users while also being a super convenient e-commerce app.
