Ainsi, on a accès à même pas la moitié des fonctionnalités. Cela fait maintenant 2 semaines voire 3 que j’ai envoyé un mail au SAV, toujours aucunes réponses. A croire que le support de l’application a été arrêté. Seul point positif (et heureusement qu’il est là), nous pouvons mettre nos infos médicales dans le casque, pas besoin d’être connecté. Ouf. ### 3/5 — Amazing idea in theory, can’t get NFC to upload info *2024-11-16* New Oakley mountain bike helmet, luckily twICEme was just an added feature, not one of my deciding factors for the helmet as I already have emergency contact info on my phone and watch. Loaded all info in to the app and failed to scan on, near, around the twICEme icon on my helmet. NFC payments work fine as I use that daily so something is not working with where the NFC chip is in my helmet. Oakley manufacturing issue or app issue with NFC capabilities unsure, but partnership QA needs to be reviewed. ### 1/5 — App inutile - una stella perché non possibile darne zero *2024-11-09, version 5.24.1* Non si riesce ancora a caricare cartella clinica e quindi app inutile. Invece di cancellare le recensioni sarebbe utile investire tempo per risolvere i problemi ! ### 1/5 — App won’t even start *2024-11-05* I have a diamondback tool belt and it says to download this app. I’ve deleted and redownloaded it and it doesn’t even start up, just crashes right away. The idea is cool but if your app is total garbage, what exactly is the point? ### 1/5 — Very frustrating. *2024-07-29, version 5.18.2* I agree with Tyler as this is incredibly difficult and awful way to upload the medical ID. ### 1/5 — Okay, but absolutely over-engineered *2024-06-24* The programming of the NFC tag with an iPhone is trivial - once you ignore the app and follow Apple’s instructions: take any phone cover off and place the phone with its top part over the NFC tag to begin the upload (the NFC antenna is next to the cameras, but you almost have to make surface-to-surface contact for the transfer to work). That’s it, you can now uninstall the app! Anything else the app offers is the option to share your and your family’s/friends’ data with the vendor. You also get notified about how many fun things you can do with the app (not your NFC-tagged equipment). It looks like someone figured it might be a shame to let all the juicy user data go to waste for monetization purposes. Absolutely over-engineered. **Developer response:** Dear Christian, We've developed the Twiceme app with features that ultimately can turn bystander into helpers for many different scenarios. Scannfunktion mangelhaft!! ### 1/5 — App crashes on startup 100% of the time. *2024-05-31* What else to say? I used the app to upload a profile to a bike helmet. Then I got another helmet a few weeks later and when I tried to open the app to upload my profile to the new helmet, it crashed. And again. And again. Deleted the app and reinstalled. Still crashing. Like others have complained, it was hard to get it to register with the helmet and now with the crashing, it is 100% useless. It started working itself a couple days later. I’d have preferred for the developers to find and fix the issue, hence the 4* review. ### 1/5 — Caricamento NFC su Casco Oakley Mod1 pro non funziona *2024-01-07, version 5.9.5* Purtroppo cercando di caricare i dati sul casco seguendo la procedura ricevo sempre errore di tenere il cellulare fermo e vicino al casco. Ma il posizionamento è perfetto. Avrò provato un centinaio di volte ma niente. Somit ist es mit jeder neuen Version notwendig, sämtliche Angaben zur Person und zur Ausrüstung wieder einzupflegen. Eine unelegantere Lösung im Handling der Updates ist kaum vorstellbar. Having my emergency info directly embedded in my helmet gives me a peace of mind once I let my team know what to do if I’m unconscious after an incident. Setup is super quick and easy, highly recommend! ### 5/5 — Great Tool To Help Save Lives *2024-07-18* I just download the App. I am a manager, over seeing field operations on projects in commercial construction so I was looking for a simple way to help myself and those whom I work with in the event of an emergency. Being able to have a safe, accessible place for a first responder to get your media history, insurance, and loved ones contact information is priceless! I always use PPE when I am on the job or on my mountain bike, so having this as part of my equipment kit is a no brainer! -J ### 5/5 — Pretty cool *2024-07-08* I just signed up and it was a breeze. I don’t know anyone yet who has the app, but during my next mountain biking trip I’m going to get my buddies to sign up so we can have peace of mind knowing we can notify others in the event of an accident or if someone gets lost.
