They take a big cut too which bumps the price up more ### 3/5 — Waste of time *2026-06-13, version 6.27* Some say the website is better. The app takes so long to verify you are a human (if the verification works) that tickets are already gone. However, the interface is vague in the sense that when I reply to either accept or reject an offer there isn’t a confirmation as to what happens now? I’m redirected to the app again and there is nothing there to confirm what I’ve done or if the buyer has received my notification. What would be even better is the option to rebuttal offers and not just either accept or decline… ### 1/5 — The service is a 5 the app is a 1 *2026-06-03, version 6.26* The filters are limited and it doesn't load all the tickets at once. It keeps saying something went wrong. And the only way to fix it is to uninstall and reinstall the app again ### 1/5 — Terrible for sellers, great for buyers! *2026-05-19* Despite listing my tickets (for a SOLD OUT event) for the exact same price I paid (on Twickets no less - had to buy two though only needed one), kept getting listing rejected as it was above face value. Must have submitted 15 times and showed increasing evidence of what I paid. Then I capitulated day of and listed face and it was rejected as event had started (though it is an All Day ticket and there are tickets for afternoon and evening). So many structural issues! ### 1/5 — useless *2026-05-09, version 6.26* convinced tickets aren’t real cos every time i click they just go instantly and im insanely fast ### 2/5 — Terrible UI and UX *2026-05-09* Clearly the UI has been designed by someone who’s never had to use this app. Why is there no search bar under ‘Find Tickets’ when I want to, I don’t know… find tickets? But there is one under ‘Explore’. Then I have to set up alerts (not in Find Tickets or Explore — this one is hidden under ‘Account’). Now, I can’t set an alert based on a search or filter, I need to separately add an alert for each event. And Olivia Rodrigo has a lot (thanks, teenage daughter). And after you set up each individual alert, you get sent back to the account screen, forcing you back to the alert screen, re-run the search, and try and remember which was the last date you picked. No multi select, no indication of which dates you already have alerts on. Nothing. The app UX designers should be ashamed of themselves. ### 2/5 — Got me into a lot of gigs but you need to do something about the bots *2026-05-07, version 6.26* A lot of the time it’s impossible to get any of these no matter how quick you are ### 1/5 — Not fit for purpose *2026-04-30, version 6.26* Poor processes, poor customer experience and poor app functionality. Allowing people to advertise tickets without seat numbers is crazy. Shocking. ### 1/5 — Overtaken by Bots *2026-04-25, version 6.26* I’ve tried for the last month to get tickets for something at the theatre, despite being as quick as I could be as soon as the notification came up the tickets were always gone. My only issue is when selling tickets using my iPhone I find it impossible to send my email confirmation as an email or pdf and have had to then do this via a lap top. I’m sure I was able to do this much more simply in the past.
