Now it is just a mobile version of the website? You can’t even get the WiFi details without the app and it’s painful to find anything and you get stuck in endless login loops. You can’t even use the TV without it. Just put it on the fridge and be done with it. It was so frustrating that I actually took the time to go back in the App Store and write this review. That’s how frustrating it is. ### 1/5 — Searching is Impossible *2023-09-07* I love renting from Twiddy, but the searching feature of this “app” is terrible. There is no way to return to your general search results after looking at the details of a single result. ### 1/5 — Why? *2023-06-16* Basically unusable. After multiple attempts I was finally able to log in. After logging in I was able to see my account, but my upcoming trip didn’t display. Even if it worked perfectly, what value would an app provide over just using the website? It asks for email, confirm zip code, then ask for password and confirm password. Then error comes up saying password hasn’t changed and it won’t let me log in. ### 1/5 — Can’t log in to my account *2020-07-15* I reserved a vacation rental through Twiddy. Thought the app would be great. I downloaded the app, it said login using email and password from the website ..so I did. Won’t accept my password. Tried several times. YES, I am using the correct email and password! I went to the website, and my email and password work just fine there. ???? ### 1/5 — No search feature *2019-03-12* I downloaded this so I could easily search for rentals on a mobile platform (was expecting something similar to Zillow), but it doesn’t actually have a search feature. The “Browse Rentals” button redirects you to the website. ### 1/5 — Crashes constantly *2018-05-30* This app needs a lot of help, it crashes constantly. And whenever I try to submit a maintenance request, it just logs me out completely! The house was clean and kitchen well stocked with everything we needed. We will certainly return to this house someday for another great vacation. ### 5/5 — New version is pretty slick *2016-05-24, version 1.0.1* I like the newer version! Big upgrade. Easy to manage my reservation. I also love that you can add friends and share photos and videos in the app! I was able to share my reservation with everyone in the house and we were all able to share our photos right from the app. It was great to be able to check our WiFi password right within the app along with getting a notification that our house was ready! But as I was searching on the app, found it a little hard to use. Really needs a back button or arrow. As I was searching for homes, I’d save one to my trip wish list, but had to start my search over each time instead of being able to go back to the list.
