I want to ask the developers to fix one bug: I bought the pro but it shows error every time I want to export our journal list. Plus, will you consider to add an automatically draft saving function? Sometimes my internet disconnects, and I lost everything I wrote! Make sure that when 1 person from a couple journals in the app, that it syncs with the other’s app. (Used to do it when I first got the app….) 2. It’s been nice to recap some of our first visits with each other before we decided on a dating relationship. The photo display in the app is a little clunky. We wish you could choose which photo to be the cover photo for a particular memory. And also to be able to choose which part of the photo is featured, as the app kind of zooms in way too far on the photo. Then when you actually open up the photos section in the memory/ journal entry, there’s no way to organize them or title them to your liking. Would be a nice feature to add! Besides that, we’ve had a great time with the app. Hopefully, Twig will continue to improve their UI experience. ### 4/5 — unlucky accident *2022-07-02, version 1.0.13* I bought twig plus and been using it with my girlfriend for over a year now, we document almost everyday, i love this app but one day… my girlfriend got mad and deleted everything…. It’s like social media but more private and intimate, you are sharing the memories with no one except yourself and your partner rather than the whole world. I could easily see this app taking off as a result of the concept and security it offers to users. Then after a month or so, it showed me sharing with some one who was not my husband and i lost all the memories he and I had created. There is no technical support either. I’m very happy that we found Twig instead. I like the lack of gimmicks. I like the clean, minimalist interface. We ran into a problem connecting our profiles (user error) and the app developer replied within hours and got it resolved, so I also like the customer service. My partner and I are using this as a way to talk about important things—some happy, some hard—that we want to keep separate from our daily texts about groceries and schedules. The only issue that has become somewhat annoying is the synchronization for events. If you update an entry while sharing with your partner, changes will be dropped. This app has been great for our relationship. Each time we share, the other gets a notification and we always get excited to see what each other posts. It’s a great platform for journaling our time together and makes it convenient to look back at our entries. I haven’t purchased ‘Plus’ yet but I’m sure I will. One suggestion I might have is to time/date stamp the top of each entry. Sometimes our responses are not immediate and it would be nice to keep a timeline of our posts.
