Was putting it off due to complications with other apps but wow - so streamlined. Can’t wait to dig through my house for more to sell. It would be great if there were more options for clothes that aren’t extremely expensive and designer! Customer service refuses to answer me, though their system very clearly shows they are reading my messages. Sell to this company at your own risk, highly convinced any good reviews are fakes. ### 1/5 — Stupid re-evaluation prices *2023-10-09* If the item you’re selling isn’t straight out the box you won’t get what they originally quote you. I had an iPhone 13 Pro in near mint condition and was quoted £530, after sending the item off and it going through quality control they got back to me with a counter offer of £340. Which is absolutely ridiculous in my opinion. The phone was mint and had barely a hairline scratch on it. Only sell on here if you are willing to accept any price for your items. The process of selling and sending the item off is very easy and straight forward, however that’s the only good thing I can say about this app. I later took my phone to o2 and recycled for £450 which is much more reasonable. **Developer response:** Hi LB470713, we're sorry you were disappointed with the experience you had with us. I’m upset more so with the fact that I’m not getting any answers back until they want to literally not caring at all about what I think I don’t know what to do I guess take it as a lose idk ### 1/5 — Don’t ever use this disgrace of a company *2023-09-18* My brother Julian sent them an IPhone signed for and tracked as requested, to be then told that although it was signed for and tracked to the right place, they can’t find the item and therefore can’t give him us money. Is this really life?? Why on earth is your staff losing an item the sellers problem? Refusing to pay him the money owed because someone in your warehouse clearly can’t be trusted? This is absolutely disgusting and your so called customer care person called Enki is useless. I will not stop until we’ve gotten that money. Royal Mail have even refused compensation. Why? Because it was delivered and signed for at the right place! If you could contact support@twigcard.com with the details of the item and tracking information. ### 1/5 — Negotiated price and they sent the wrong (lower) amount *2023-09-13* I was offered £69 for a designer coat. This was less than the coat was available in places like Vinted so used their bot to negotiate a price and was offered £84. This was still a little less than Vinted but as payment was instant I accepted. I accepted the price and a notification came up to say that I was being send £84 and instant payments could take a few hours. No bother. The next day the payment still hadn’t arrived in my bank account so I check my account, they were only sending me £69, the price that I had NOT accepted. I emailed about where the money was and why it was lower than agreed. Was told instant payments were turned off (I selected instant payment and had a notification confirming this) and that the bot was not working and they could not give me the price I had agreed to! Decided that I could not trust this service enough to send them the items, they’d already messed me about before I’d even sent them anything, and cancelled. When I re-uploaded everything and did try to cash app, they have all these different restrictions like you can only cash out three items per transaction then you can only do three of those per month and then on top of that you have to pay for shipping to send everything in which is usually more than the cost of your items. It sounds like you are trying to cashout fashion items, we also have some new categories that may interest you like jewellery ### 1/5 — No response *2023-08-02* Just listed an item on twig and cash out the money however I want to cancel the checkout. Contacted them and got no response as I’m not willing to deliver my item to them after seeing these reviews and won’t let me cancel the cash out. Also it was a palm angels top and they only said £25 for it which now looking back that is not acceptable when they are over £100. Don’t bother using twig and be patient with vinted. Terrible app. *2023-07-29* I sent my item off, it was delivered next day and it took them almost 5 days to check. I was repeatedly ignored by customer service when i asked for updates. I was then told it didn’t pass the test and would be sent back, however i received a random tracksuit almost a week later. I have had to deal with terrible customer service from their ONE singular customer service agent that i can barely get a reply from. They even had the cheek to ask i send back what they’ve sent me while they “Try to contact the warehouse”. I’ve received no information on where my product is or when i’ll receive it. Valued my old phone at £246 so I sent it. Then they had the cheek to revalue it down to £71 when it arrived because it ‘wouldn’t connect to their checking software’. Sounds like they need new software or new people who know how to work the software because the phone was in perfect working order.
