At one point, I had 637 credits and tried to create an item that only required 1 credit, but the app wouldn’t let me proceed unless I purchased more credits. This happened three times. The first two times, I assumed there was an error on my end and bought additional credits. By the third time, I clearly had more than enough, yet it still wouldn’t work. I emailed the developer for help but never received a response. About an hour later, 600 credits suddenly disappeared from my account—even though I hadn’t used the app. I reached out again regarding the missing credits and am still waiting to hear back. So far, there’s been no response and no assistance.
