Easy to find runners and track them. My main issue is the app is completely wrong on some of my runners. It shows that many of my runners only ran 24 miles. App only provides benefits if you create an account or share a Google or Facebook account. I want to track a friend, not give some random company my info. Sadly, it requires family members login to track me. They receive enough spam already without providing their info to yet another company - and since their not runners, they don’t want to receive info from TCM Events or MyLaps. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Worthless *2024-04-28* They forgot to add a warning that they will Cancel the marathon at the start of the race if it gets warm. Management and rescue director have ruined this race forever. I hope they lose all their sponsors and never recover. ### 1/5 — The Worst *2022-10-02, version 6.0.2* It’s 2022. Do better. When tracking runners for the marathon, this app worked for a few miles then it didn’t. On the map it said “Appeldorn” instead of our city. It was some fictitious map. Bad data. Bad tracking. Some runners showed progress, but others didn’t show progress at all. My husband’s data stopped at the 25k and on the app it said he didn’t finish and I watched him cross the finish line. His official time was listed however. What happened? ### 1/5 — App won’t even open properly *2021-09-14, version 5.0.1* Couldn’t figure out how to get the app to show my upcoming race instead of the one from over a year ago, so I tried deleting my account and the app to start over. Well, now I have an app that won’t load—all it shows is an eternal loading circle on a black screen. No amount of deleting, reinstalling, and rebooting my phone has made a difference. Oh well. ### 1/5 — Where are the photos? *2019-10-07, version 4.0.2* This app is a great idea, but falls short. My biggest gripe is how difficult it is to get at my pictures. As a millennial, I only do things to share them on social media. Worthless ### 1/5 — It messed up a lot *2018-10-15, version 3.0.2* I was tracking my husband. At mile 16, it showed as 20 for awhile, then jumped back to 16. Finally it died at mile 21 for me and at mile 18 for another supporter. Totally there were 4 of us used it to track him, but this app all died at certain point, we all lost him. I’ve used app to track at other marathons, this is the wotst. ### 1/5 — App satisfaction *2018-10-08, version 3.0.2* I was pretty frustrated with the apps ability to more accurately track the runners’ progress. I missed 3 of the 5 runners I was following because the app told me they were somewhere or at a time that was incorrect. I don’t understand why this app exists. Great to see the splits frequently and be able to follow them on the map with live updates.
