It’s disappointing it’s a subscription so I won’t buy it because of that. A physical deck would be awesome too I’d defo buy it. ### 2/5 — No customer support *2024-11-30, version 2.4* I had this app for several years on my old phone, but when I got a new one I had to download it again because it wouldn’t transfer. The option to log in using my details does not work, only to sign up as a new customer. I emailed customer support, but have had no reply after eight days. Give us a physical card deck if you can’t be bothered to sort out technical issues, or even respond to those who need assistance. ### 4/5 — Helpful in navigating this journey *2023-06-25, version 2.3* I truly love this app. And it’s very much helped me to navigate this twin flame journey. The images are beautiful and the information is presented in such a supportive, loving way. I don’t see the reasoning behind the monthly subscription except that it’s generating an income. Thus, the reason for 4 rather than 5 stars For this reason, I will discontinue once my personal need for having it is met. But there hasnt been any major updates to the cards or app in general to defend a monthly subscription for this. Theres really no reason for it and there are no other alternatives like a one-time pay. The app overall is very well done. It won’t let me restore my purchase. Also I’m unsure how to cancel it. I believe no card is wrong but there are some cards that would leave a drawer confused about what the meaning actually is. For instance, if one draws a “soon” card and a “twin flame near” card in reverse on separate readings, it can be read as the opposite or a false flame entirely. I really like the app and wish it had interpretations on all reversed cards.. ### 2/5 — Would rather have actual cards *2020-10-18, version 2.0* It was fun for the first week trial, but now the free daily single card reading doesn’t even work (I also re-installed the app to see if that would help - it didn’t). And the monthly subscription price is SO much for an app, so I’ll just be deleting the app because I can’t use it anymore... They don’t even allow you to read the card descriptions without paying. I’d rather just buy a deck of TF oracle cards for the same price of two subscription months. The app tries not force you to purchase the subscription instead of just giving you description of the card. It makes it more expensive than any other oracle card app out there. I dont think theres anything special about this app. It looks like a 90s website and its ui isnt anything spectacular. Yes I’ve read the developers response in a previous comment about app maintenance, small audience etc but do you really think you’ll stay afloat by charging so much with such a small audience? Hopefully you can find a healthy balance between your needs and your audience’s needs in the near future because it seems like a great app but a lot of us just can’t afford another monthly bill. I used the free daily card for 2 months and it didn't cost me a penny but recently I had a question I wanted answered so decided to jump in. there's actually a lot of more detailed readings you can do with the full version like year forecasts and life path info. I really like this. it's crazy people dont mind paying for trash on Netflix but when something is good for them, they complain. I dont get it.
