They ask for all sorts of personal medical questions. Then you have to do bloodwork. Turns out my bloodwork wasn’t perfect. Go figure. I’m working on improving but apparently they don’t work with people that could use the help. ### 5/5 — Life changer *2026-08-01, version 4.198.0* Such a supportive tool to help me lose weight and monitor the impact that food has on my blood glucose levels. While I haven’t lost weight, I’ve gained some muscle mass back and more importantly I’ve lowered my A1c. For the first time since being diagnosed I feel quietly optimistic about remission! It really has helped me in keeping me grounded I started with a A1c of 6.3 now I’m at 5.7 it’s very informative very educational and very helpful usually when I go get my physical and take my blood work, I’ll be hoping that my sugar is good because I don’t want to be on any diabetes medicine now when I go, I go with a little confidence with the feeling I know it’s gonna come back in good range that’s what the Twin app does for you so I highly recommended and I kinda like guarantee you you won’t be disappointed and you’re gonna be glad you started the program ### 5/5 — The VERY Best *2026-06-27, version 4.196.0* I’ve lost almost 80lbs A1C is down to 5.4.
