I want to put in a new order. Plus on the app when getting delivery should have the person scan the ID card, most of the delivery drivers they can’t because of bad signal. And then he hung up. NEVER use this store. Use Twin Liquors at your own risk. ### 1/5 — Twin without the twin deals…no thanks! *2021-09-18, version 0.0.183* Twin liquors is convenient & only affordable with their “twin deals” which you can’t get (according to the employee of my local establishment said) when you order a pick up. I call and for the umpteenth time they only have one person in the store. What is the point of ordering before had to go in and get it which would have been the same experience. Tried using it again for delivery now because of covid and the service was sub-par. I also did an order through the specs app and it was delivered right on time. Bigger disaster than what’s happening in the world these days ### 1/5 — Never Received Order *2020-04-08* I used the app. Got two emails one saying it was processing and one saying it was confirmed and would be delivered. The order was never delivered so I emailed the store. Then got a text an hour later saying they were closed and I’d need to call Postmates about it. I’ve emailed customer service for Twin Liquors and for the app and heard no response back. I still have a pending transaction for almost $50. And, sadly, the app isn’t well designed and now that I’m stuck with trying to work around the poor execution, there appears to be no thought for support of the app. I’ll check back in a few months.
