Make sure app is up to date. There is no dark theme for sight impaired, you cannot rename connected network items that are unidentified devices; they won't allow you to change your own login password, only offer a secondary passcode. Did you want to use a VPN... not here - they lock you out of your own WiFi if you do. I must have secured transactions dealing with medical records & govt billing... so a VPN is mandatory in my profession & don't bother with calling customer service to troubleshoot they are useless & refer you to a brochure... the WiFi goes down always after hours. They don't have online tutorials & the tech support is only if your router or WiFi is down, you cannot access your router settings. If the WiFi goes down... you can call & leave a msg. If you work from home this is not the Wifi for you or App they should put some effort into!
