Doesn’t seem like it should be impossible to have notifications on disconnect or logout. ### 4/5 — Works well when authenticating prior to connection *2025-12-08* For a remote access/VPN app, the setup and maintenance of the actual mechanisms (especially on a self-hosted platform) are great. My only hangup is when trying to authenticate to my remote network… I connect to then VPN tunnel but then I need to authenticate to my DNS service. I can’t authenticate to DNS without DNS available because my endpoint is connected to the VPN (without DNS). It’s annoying being logged out every time I disconnect from the vpn. However it’s a noticeable battery hog. According to iOS battery settings, TwinGate has used 18% of my battery over the last 24 hours for background activity.
