Also, the types of activities are not at the highest levels. After paying for an annual plan, I was charged monthly multiple times. Despite sending proof, the issue was not immediately resolved and required repeated contact. Customers should not have to monitor their bank accounts closely to ensure they aren’t being overcharged. Transparency and proper billing controls are needed. I hope this is improved, because the resources themselves are valuable. ### 1/5 — PDF exported as images *2026-01-06, version 2.64.6* When I export a PDF it is exported as a set of images instead of an actual PDF. Because of that links are not working.
