I created my list and sent the qr share codes but alas my computer had no idea what to do with them and couldn’t open it up. Tried on my ipad - same problem. **Developer response:** Hey CrazyJuju, thanks for your review, we're glad you found the app - we can help you out with your question around how the QR code sharing works :) As a subscriber or in-app purchaser of Twinkl Spelling, you are able to create custom tests and then share them with other Twinkl Spelling app users to use free of charge. The QR code you generated can be used by other app users - they just need to download the app, press the Try! button, set up their avatar and then choose QR Code from the main menu. If they want to, they can also use the QR code when logged in/in-app purchase, however we have intentionally made this free for all users via Try! mode to allow educators a way of offering learners and engaging way to practice spelling at minimal cost. As you have experienced, the QR code only works when used this way - a regular PC will not understand it, and it must be scanned directly in the app. I hope this helps you get up and running with the QR code feature, if not, our TwinklCares team is available 24/7 to answer your questions and queries and have direct access to our technical teams for anything they need to escalate. Complete waste of time if the aim is to teach spellings. ### 1/5 — Issues with login *2025-09-27* I downloaded this on my phone to test for my child and we really liked it. I want to now move it to her own device to use but my device didn’t save my password and login used when I signed up. There is no way that I can find to view my account details to identify the email address I used or to reset the password which means we can’t use this nearly as much as I had wanted to. The app looks good, but password reset is a basic requirement! ### 1/5 — The app won’t even let me register *2024-11-25* Can’t use the app as it won’t allow me to register, I put my details in and then when asked the math question it won’t allow me to select the correct answer. ### 1/5 — Creating tests not working *2023-12-14* The voice recordings don’t save and plays code instead of the letters of the words created the test. **Developer response:** Morning renee2425, You should now find that all voice recordings are working on the Train games and Compete games.
