之前保存的图片全没了.希望给大家提醒.不要把图片安心的存放在这个app。

**Developer response:** 你好，针对你反馈的问题，我们此前已经通过微信与你进行了详细沟通和核实。

需要再次澄清的是：不开通会员不会导致照片被删除。闪闪童画默认将照片保存在当前设备本地，我们的后台不会保存、查看或删除用户的照片。只有提前开启 iCloud 同步后，照片才会存储到用户自己的 iCloud，并在更换设备后恢复。

根据此前沟通确认，你的照片原本保存在旧手机本地，更换手机前未开启 iCloud 同步，且旧手机已经遗失，因此这些本地照片目前无法恢复。这并不是因为没有开通会员，也不是 App 删除了你的文件。

我们理解作品丢失带来的难过，也曾为你提供会员兑换码，希望帮助你今后开启 iCloud 同步，避免类似情况再次发生。也提醒其他用户：重要作品请及时开启同步或进行备份。

展览形式较弱，孩子作品较多，希望可以添加多选的功能，方便在不同画展中展示多幅作品。对方通过链接查看画展内容时，目前只能一张一张查看，希望可以改成9宫格这样，类似手机相册的查看方式。已经买了终身会员，相信这个app会越来越好！

这款app是无意间从某书上看到的，是一个宝爸自己开发的，初衷是为自己的宝宝创造一款可以保存画作的工具，所以做的非常良心，完美解决父母们的痛点。没有乱七八糟的功能，专注于画作扫描，可以为画作加上喜欢的边框，还可以生成画展，可以随时选择部分孩子的画作生成画展，微信分享给别人观赏。最牛的一个功能就是可以让孩子为每一幅画进行语音介绍。这样多年以后，留下的不仅仅是一幅幅五彩缤纷的画作，还有孩子珍贵的声音！希望更多的人支持这款app，让他能够一直存在，陪伴孩子的绘画之路！！
