But when you try to check the box, it opens another window and then you have to click another “add to box” button. It is very cumbersome and adds unnecessary steps. And it would be nice if there was a counter so you knew how many more cookies you had to pick. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work *2025-01-03* This app only works for four locations. ### 1/5 — Missing locations *2024-11-30* I used to use this app multiple times a week and then it suddenly stopped showing all but a handful of locations. Makes it impossible to order ahead and do curbside pickup, as I have 4 kids in car seats that I will not be unbuckling to walk into the store and order ### 1/5 — Worthless in my state *2024-09-03* The app no longer shows any locations in my state to be able to order online or to even find a location near me if I’m not at my local store. And because I can’t use the app, my loyalty rewards are not able to be used nor are they accumulating anymore. Please fix this problem! Using the website to order is just as awful as you can’t choose to create your own drink. I went to the location yesterday and it is open. I submitted this in the “contact us” section over a month ago. I never heard anything on their end then I see an update was pushed today saying bugs and fixes. I check the app and PG is still not there. ### 2/5 — Add a cookie counter to the box order *2022-04-28, version 2.0.12* When I order a box of six or more cookies, I need an option to pick two or more cookies of the same flavor. Right now, it's only a checkbox for a single flavor. I forgot to bring something to cut them and asked for a knife. They said they were out and then offered very nicely to cut them for me. It was very sweet and appreciated. They taste amazing. They make you not want any other cookie. They blow crumble cookies out of the water. I'm personally not a fan of the taste of Crumble cookies so I'm glad their is a Twisted Sugar in Summerville too. I don't go as often as I would like because I would be way overweight . My parents live in mount pleasant and since trying them at my house one year, they are very fond of them so I ll surprise them with a 6 pack of cookies time to time! When you order online, they are promptly made and can even be delivered to your car which is helpful for me since I have kids.
