Then you talk with support who calls you without speaking English when you’re obviously a foreigner, explain things to them and they blame your bank because they don’t understand. All the while raking late fees to be told days after with more lates fee that I could not use a card that I always used in Twisto before. To which I replied and never got a reply. Saw myself forced to pay unjust late fees because of their poorly programmed app and their unserious payment platform standards that change overnight. Když si kliknu ve splátkách na danou splátku tak po kliknutí na další v pořadí mám pořád zobrazenou tu úplně první. Měsíc vás v pohodě budou ignorovat a neřešit požadavky. Na zákaznickém servisu pracují totálně hloupí a neschopní lidé, celá tato společnost je téměř lichva, naprosto šílené poplatky a nulový zákaznický servis.
