Poorly organized, poor communication with attendees, and inconsistent policies regarding access. Also, I was unable to find anyone that actually worked for Twitch; everyone here worked for third parties, making it impossible to contact anyone that can actually answer questions. I hope this review finds someone somewhere so no one else has to waste so much time and money on a horribly organized experience ### 2/5 — Helpful app, but very buggy *2025-10-12* Every time I try to log in to my account to view attendees, etc., the app tells me to check my email to get a security code. When I check my email the code isn't there and I have to resend the code. Once I enter the code into the mobile app, it looks like it is going to log me in but it says: "Unable to log in" or "Something went wrong". This is really frustrating because TwitchCon is in less than a week. ### 1/5 — Won’t let me log in *2025-10-11* Repeats a cycle endlessly where it won’t let me look at the event of TwitchCon. ### 1/5 — Twitch Con *2025-10-02* It won’t let me Login Could Not Load My Twitch Identity ### 5/5 — TwitchCon app = Organizer *2025-09-19* The app has significantly improved over the years and comes in handy for TwitchCon weekend! ### 1/5 — Does not login *2025-09-13* I have uninstalled multiple times and it’s the same thing. As soon as I get past the terms and conditions page it takes you to a search page where you literally cannot do anything. I really hope this doesn’t presume from being able to meet certain streamers, which is the only reason I am going to! ### 1/5 — Can’t make it 0 *2025-09-12* Wouldn’t let me login to my twitch account. Told me it didn’t exist even though I purchased tickets for the event with that account and now I only get a search bar with nothing. Even after deleting and redownloading the app ### 2/5 — Can’t log in *2025-09-03* Open the app and it doesn’t even give me the option to log in. It just says no public events and has no menu or options.
