SCAMMERS!!!!

**Developer response:** Hi Ahmed — we take fraud claims seriously, but we
checked our records: the account matching your name signed
in once on June 3rd, never joined a tournament, never made
a purchase, and never requested a payout. There's nothing
  to dispute.

If we've misidentified you, or you genuinely encountered an
issue with a tournament reward or gift-card redemption,
please email support@twix.cloud with your account email and
we'll investigate within 24 hours and make it right.
