I have tried for days to book a swim and failed. It tells me they are all fully booked but they are not. The hub tell me there is no problem with the app and it is working fine but my son and his too friends have exactly the same issue as me. ### 1/5 — Worst booking system ever *2023-02-04, version 5.94* If you want to book anything for more than one person (e.g. more than one lane swim entry, have kids etc) forget about it. Both the app and the website are AWFUL - god know who approved them. Then if you try to book more than one entry for something cross-referencing the website with app, one will show the activity is full or doesn’t exist, whilst the other shows ‘you’re booked’ but can’t make an additional one. Seriously, Trafford Leisure, it can’t cost much to have someone fix all these issues?! It’s genuinely a barrier to using your centres = less income.
