I tried several times, but it kept loading and never completed the payment. After wasting a lot of time, I switched to PhonePe, and it worked instantly. You cannot zoom to see the details in the bottle. It crash every time. I also purchased membership and it dint show in the account. It always ask to purchase. The membership benefit is also not there in cost. Also customer survive is not good. Very late response. I hope this feedback reach to the founders. But recently, I accidentally placed the same order twice, each worth ₹5,000, and immediately tried to cancel one. To my surprise, there was no cancellation option at all. WhatsApp support couldn’t process my request, and the helpline didn’t respond. Later, I was told both orders had already been dispatched. It’s unacceptable and disappointing that an app offering such great products provides no basic customer support or cancellation system. And the jaggery powder is amazingly good too! Just like what my granny’s used to mix with steaming rice and ghee!
