They already presumably make lots of money as landlords but I guess they felt the need to steal and monetize our cellphone data as well in the name of “security”. What a joke I hope they go out of business ### 1/5 — The only purpose of this app is predatory data gathering *2023-05-18, version 23.03.100* This app serves no other purpose than to give away your personal data to Two Trees for their own benefit. They argue that this is for security purposes but an anonymous key fob system would work just as well without employees surrendering their personal phone data only because their employer rents a space in a Two Trees building. The only alternative they offer is a 100$ key card that the employees have to pay for, I think employees should be able to opt out entirely if they don’t want to participate in this predatory data gathering operation. ### 1/5 — Location Services always on??? *2023-05-11, version 23.03.100* Why does two trees need to know where I am ALL THE TIME? Have been stuck outside office building evenings and weekends hoping for someone to come out of the building and let me in, which the app is supposed to do but lately doesn’t. It used to work, then it didn’t. Removed and reinstalled, worked some more, now back to nonfunctional again. There were better off the shelf solutions than this poor performer. ### 1/5 — Sometimes *2025-02-04* Sometimes it works, sometimes it does not. Most consistent way is to jump over the turnstile or tailgate! Keeps you in shape! ### 1/5 — Non-functioning *2024-10-05, version 24.09.100* The purpose of this app is to allow me to enter my company’s office building. I can’t even get access to the app, much less the building. My administrator has to set me up with an account, which he has done — but I don’t receive the email invite to actually finish setting up my account and login. I also don’t receive any password reset prompts. There’s something broken in this process and absolutely no support to help figure it out. For something as essential as building access, you’d think reliability and support would be the #1 thing. Incredibly frustrating experience, zero stars if I could. ### 1/5 — Horrible app *2024-04-25, version 24.04.110* As others have stated this app is horrible, Bluetooth key almost never works and two trees refuses to do a simple update and enable the nfc key which their turnstiles support ### 1/5 — Crashing on iOS 17 *2024-01-12, version 23.03.100* Since I upgraded to iOS 17, this app keeps crashing. I deleted several times and reinstalled it. However, as soon as I login to it, it will crash. I restarted my phone and it still crashes. Now I have to bring two phones every time I go to the office so I can get in to the building. One phone has iOS 16 which has the two trees app and my day to day phone. This very annoying. ### 1/5 — Kastle has a really tough user experience *2023-11-03* Sorry to give 1* because I generally like buildings with mobile access and 5* for the initiative but the Kastle performance is really not there - I hold my phone to the reader, nothing happens. I have to open the app and then hold it to the reader and sometimes that works (50%), then in 25% I need to wait 10 seconds and it starts working and 25% killing the app helps.
