### 5/5 — So Simple and Effective

*2024-12-21, version 1.2.5*

I like adding a little note next to my todos with a time estimate (25m).

### 5/5 — Only To Do App I Use

*2024-12-20, version 1.2.5*

I’ve never been able to stick to a to do list app because of how overwhelming it is to get things going. This app is just what I needed, simple and easy to use

### 5/5 — Finally a to-do app that works for me!

*2024-12-18, version 1.2.5*

I have tried all the popular to-do apps. Things, Todoist, Google Reminders, Apple notes etc etc. They all have just too much for the way my brain works. This thing is so extremely simple that it finally works for me. If you’re someone like me that won’t even write something down if it’s too much work, this is the app for you!

### 5/5 — Perfect

*2024-12-16, version 1.2.5*

This is the core of task scheduling apps. If you are looking for an app that allows you to jot down your tasks in the simplest way and without external interference, look no further!

### 5/5 — honestly good

*2024-12-13, version 1.2.5*

easy to use and no subscriptions needed. the only thing i would add is a date/ time period for tasks, and a way to organize them inside of the sooner or later boxes. 9/10 from me

### 5/5 — Perfect for what it is

*2024-11-26, version 1.2.5*

It is not designed to have a lot of features. It is meant to be simple. And it achieves that in spades. This is the perfect app for someone you might know who needs to develop the habit of using a “Todo list.” It’s task training wheels for the task manager newbie.

### 5/5 — A Very Nice Little App

*2024-10-21, version 1.2.5*

I love this app to create simple to do’s. It’s either needs to be done ’Sooner’ or ‘Later’ and nothing else. I use it for reminders that don’t have specific dates. They just need to be done at some point.

### 5/5 — Love it

*2024-10-14, version 1.2.5*

Simple and clean

### 5/5 — Twodos nice mini app

*2024-09-03, version 1.2.4*

I Like twofold it’s very simple to use. There’s one problem I found. I do it on my phone, of course and I wish I had it on my iPad because my Notes are pretty long and I can’t always read the whole thing after I’ve typed it. I tried turning the phone sideways to get it wider and longer and that doesn’t seem to work so something to keep working on there Adam thank you Don

### 5/5 — Simple and perfect

*2024-08-21, version 1.2.4*

### 5/5 — Dream come true!

*2024-08-03*

Super simple and Easy to use, wish there was a way to keep a personal instance and a work instance of the list. Even without its brilliant!

### 5/5 — Business owners, this task tracker is for you!!

*2024-07-02, version 1.2.4*

I absolutely love this app. As a business owner / operator I am constantly being pulled in multiple directions and using various programs and apps. I really needed a simple to do list and this app has been perfect. I was paralyzed and overwhelmed, not knowing the best way to track my tasks. I can easily add ideas and tasks and I appreciate the simple prioritization of “sooner” or “later”. I definitely recommend this app!

### 5/5 — Amazing app (no paywall, simple, luxurious)

*2024-06-29, version 1.2.4*

First app I’ve ever downloaded that doesn’t bombard with paywalls.
Easy to use, simple layout, haptic feedback adds a touch of “luxury”, and overall best to-do app I’ve come across.
I’ll be using this for a long while, maybe forever. Thank you for saving the simplistic to-do app category 🤍

### 5/5 — Does the job!

*2024-06-23, version 1.2.4*

### 3/5 — Twodo review

*2024-09-05, version 1.2.4*

Neat little app, but would be nice to have a date attached to the task if so desired as well as a reminder for the tasks. Some folks may not like this on the Lock Screen and u less it’s ok my face I wouldn’t remember. Justin thoughts , otherwise inappreciate the simplicity of it. ✌🏼

### 3/5 — Todo lister!

*2024-07-25*

It would be great if you could just put a check in front of the activity when finished. I need to be able to look back and see that that activity has been completed. Now when it is completed, I swipe and it is gone. You could leave that, but add the check mark option.

**Developer response:** Hi, thanks for the review. I just wanted to check, are you aware that when you complete a todo it isn’t actually deleted, it just moves to the Archive. Tap the bottom right icon (sort of looks like a box) and you’ll see the Archive view. This is where completed todos are kept, and you can even undo a done todo by swiping it again. Did this help?

### 4/5 — прикольное приложение

*2025-09-17, version 1.3.1*

простое аккуратное бесплатное приложение😇

### 4/5 — Really good, but needs a few little features.

*2024-10-16, version 1.2.5*

This app is almost perfect, but I feel the need for specific dates and reminders.

### 4/5 — Twodos

*2024-06-28, version 1.2.4*

So far easy to use and fun to set up

### 4/5 — Really quite thrilled with this app!

*2024-03-04, version 1.2.1*

I love Twodos’ design, first and foremost. It’s Things 3-level attention to detail, playful interactions, and smooth animations. Moreover, it just *works*, which is essential for me these days.

The Twodos methodology is one that I would love just a little refining to, but I see so much potential for me in getting myself away from copious projects and lists when I could really afford to simplify my system. The ability to add due dates would be absolutely wonderful, even just so that I could organize the “Later” section of the app.

One last thing: an iPad app (and eventually hopefully some kind of Mac port, whether through Catalyst or natively) would be the clincher that would have me switch to Twodos full-time. While I can make Stage Manager possibly work, I need something full-fledged in order to make using the app on all my devices worth the jump. I really adore this app upon first glance, and I’m looking forward to its future! Support independent developers!

### 4/5 — nice simple app!

*2024-03-01, version 1.2.1*

would love the ability to display an app badge showing the number of “Sooner” tasks, and to be able to add directly to the “Later” list (i think today i need to add it to Sooner first, then tap to bump to Later. (clarified)

### 5/5 — Simple and yet very functional

*2026-07-16, version 1.3.2*

There are not too many options just the important ones.

### 5/5 — Love this app!

*2026-05-20, version 1.3.2*

This app always helps me remember what I need to do after a long day or task that usually makes me forget.

## Most praised reviews (8 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — great spp

*2026-03-30, version 1.3.2*

great app

### 5/5 — This is amazing.

*2026-02-03, version 1.3.2*

In reality the wheel - be it a bike/ car / horse & buggy or trolley just does one thing: it rolls. That one function turned out to be pretty useful in you know like… moving the world.

The point? Sometimes the best tool for the job doesn’t have many tools, which is exactly what makes it work.

GTD ,Priority Matrix, PARA method ,Pomodoro
Time blocking - methods made with apps filled with more and more tools to sell to the ever revolving door or people who fail to stick to one productivity system - obviously the apps fault, so they move to the next tool. Each more powerful than the ones that landed us on the moon, yet the cycle continues - growing even into automations that aggregate our todos through Zapier and IFTT so that our tasks can live harmoniously on even more powerful tools…
But when managing the tools and tuning them becomes the task well - if you’ve read this far I don’t think I need to spoon feed the rest, you get where I’m going.

ALTERNATIVELY - ask yourself this: you’re about 10 seconds away from the end if this post. When those seconds end what task are you going to do right now - and task make more sense to do later?

“Do Now / Do Later” - or if this method get famous enough “DNDL”

Ruthless prioritization. Focus on the next thing. Do it, now.

### 5/5 — Mac app please!

*2025-12-12, version 1.3.1*

An amazing app that just so straightforward and simple for iPhone. It’s just desperately needing a companion app for Mac or even even just a menu bar widget!

### 5/5 — Amazing app for getting things done

*2025-01-05, version 1.2.5*
