### 4/5 — Love it but…

*2025-12-29, version 3.866*

I love Twos! Love that it is free! love the confetti! Love how customizable it is however… I cant see the widget!

### 5/5 — Love it

*2025-04-01, version 3.842*

Wish there was a section for mind mapping and flow charts but love it

### 5/5 — Get Unbusy

*2025-03-19, version 3.840*

Twos will help take the busy out of your day. You will be confident that the “must remember/do” is taken care of. Your brain is less busy!

### 5/5 — Exceptional

*2025-03-18, version 3.840*

I have tried many task, list and note apps. My needs are simple but specific: an inbox for my brain to collect tasks and scraps of info and then review and take action on them. Many apps do this, but few do it well.

This app honestly didn’t click at first and I set it aside. It’s sort of like “Noteplan” or “Agenda” but task focused instead of note focused.

Once I gave it a 2nd chance and dug into settings I realized just how well thought out it truly is and how well implemented the AI piece is. It’s not a buzzword here, Pals are a core functionality that does what AI should: free you from some mundane busy work. Watch some of their YouTube videos.

One hour after starting my 1 week free trial, I subscribed for a year. Really amazing work.

### 5/5 — One of my everyday Apps

*2025-03-18, version 3.839*

I don’t often write reviews but Twos deserves one - it’s the place where I can get all my thoughts, to-dos and everything out of my head and into one place!

For me, having my to-dos automatically transfer to the next day if incomplete, the automatic smart suggestions for setting a deadline based on the language I use is invaluable.

Give it a try, it’s a great app and great community - there’s a Discord too!

### 5/5 — amazing app

*2025-03-14, version 3.837*

love it

### 5/5 — Surprisingly powerful!

*2025-03-07, version 3.834*

The PALS feature is totally unique but I find that Twos is much more than that. A fast, customizable todo and writing app that has become part of my everyday workflow.

### 5/5 — Great app

*2025-02-03, version 3.818*

Great developers. Listen to users. Continuing to grow and develop.

### 5/5 — The best place to write things down

*2025-01-28, version 3.816*

I’ve been using Twos for over 4 years now and there is no better place to capture my thoughts, to-dos, reminders, recommendations, etc.

I love how fast it is to load, how simple it is to move things around, and how minimalist the design is.

Thank you, Baller for the amazing tool and for anyone reading: download this app now. You will not regret it.

### 5/5 — Best app yet!!

*2025-01-24, version 3.814*

This has been the best to-do /calendar/organizer thus far! I have tried everything to get myself my organized but Twos has blown away the competition..

### 5/5 — Omg

*2025-01-23, version 3.814*

I have only been using this app for a few hours trying to figure everything out and what can I say? This is hands down the best *thing* I’ve ever downloaded. I love this app and that you can buy the upgrades with points.

Will update my review :))

### 5/5 — A Life-Changing App for ADHD and Beyond

*2025-01-17, version 3.812*

Finally—an app that understands how my ADHD brain works!

After 35 years of journaling and trying countless productivity apps, Twos has revolutionized how I manage my daily life. Here's why it's become my go-to productivity companion:

ADHD-Friendly Features That Actually Work:

⭐️ Unfinished tasks automatically carry over, so nothing falls through the cracks
⭐️ AI assistant breaks down overwhelming tasks into manageable steps
⭐️ Clean, distraction-free interface keeps you focused on what matters
⭐️ Smart templates remove the mental load of recurring tasks

Perfect Mobile-First Experience:

Unlike other apps that struggle on phones, Twos feels natural and fluid on mobile. It syncs seamlessly with the desktop version through Edge browser, making it truly accessible anywhere. The attention to mobile design shows they understand modern users' needs.

Bridging Digital and Paper Worlds:

As someone who loves my paper bullet journal but needs digital flexibility, Twos offers the perfect balance. I use my journal for reflection and big-picture planning, while Twos handles real-time task management and collaboration. The customizable bullets and tagging system even let me recreate my favorite bullet journal features digitally!

Thoughtful Collaboration:

Sharing lists with family is a breeze—my wife and I now manage our shopping list together, with instant syncing that just works. The Kanban boards are perfect for group projects, making it easy to coordinate with friends and colleagues.

Smart AI That Feels Like a Personal Assistant:

The AI features are genuinely helpful, not just gimmicks. From suggesting where to buy items to breaking down complex projects, it feels like having a productivity coach in your pocket. The onboarding experience is also fantastic, letting you test premium features by earning coins before committing.

Why I Subscribed Without Hesitation:

After a month of use, subscribing was a no-brainer. The team behind Twos clearly understands the challenges of ADHD and modern productivity needs. They've created something that's both powerful and accessible, without the overwhelming complexity of other productivity apps.

Whether you're neurodivergent like me, juggling multiple projects, or simply seeking a more intuitive way to stay organized, Twos is a game-changer. It's rare to find an app that so perfectly balances simplicity with powerful features. Trust me—give it a try, and you might just wonder how you managed without it.

### 5/5 — Gamified, doesn’t take up brain space, great pricing structure

*2025-01-11*

The thing I loved the most about this app is its gamification. Learning how to use it doesn’t feel like a chore - and with each new functionality you learn you get coins to buy new features, which is brilliant, honestly.

A funny thing, though, the first time I installed it, I saw a default task “Call someone you love” and removed it immediately. xD Yes, it irked me that much (“if I had time to call someone I love , I wouldn’t be looking for the productivity apps”) and I thought it would be yet another app that gives me self-care tasks which just end up triggering even more of my anxieties.
But I decided to give it another go after trying a dozen different apps more, and simply not being happy with those.

I came to realise this *actually* is *not* another productivity app that will end up taking up even more of my brain space.
Which leads me to the second thing i love about this app and it’s my brain dump (in a way I need it, and not where I already need to caregorise my dump to be able to write it down)

The last but not the least, the app is so affordable. You can use it for free and also you can buy features - but you can choose what to buy and decide if it’s worth your money or not.

I never leave a review to an app after having used it for only one day, but I guess I liked this one really that much :)

**Developer response:** Thank you, Jelena ❤️. Yes, we try to provide a tool that provides value. We aren’t trying to distract or take up unnecessary mindshare. We love to hear you’re getting value and enjoying our gamification and pricing. We try to be fun and accessible. Always here to help and thank you again for your kind review. We appreciate you. Happy Twosday ✌️❤️ - Parker

### 5/5 — The best organizing app ever

*2024-12-18, version 3.804*

The interface for this application is absolutely incredible. I can’t thank you enough. Please continue to maintain this application Mr. Designer.

### 5/5 — The only note-taking app that's ever worked for me

*2024-12-16, version 3.803*

I've been using Twos since its early days and loved it. Usually, notes are in a format that requires creating, titling, organization and overall makes me feel like I need to write several lines. Twos encourage the opposite, and the random brain-dumping approach just works so much better for me.

So far I haven't been as impressed with PALs. None of the use cases really fit my needs, and I miss the todo auto-conversion where I didn't have to click a single button to convert a thing into a todo. But I like the idea of a personal AI assistant and look forward to where it goes next!

### 5/5 — Perfect app! Especially for ADHD

*2024-12-05, version 3.799*

If you have a problems trying to stay focused with work, or trying to collect information for your second brain and projects, this is the perfect tool. There is a learning curve because as you keep using it and earning coins, features become unlocked which is actually incredibly useful if you tend to be too distracted by excessive features from the start. This app is like a digital BuJo and the workflowy app combined. Try it out!

### 5/5 — Fantastic

*2024-10-19, version 3.786*

The Twos guys have put a lot of thought into this app. I find it very intuitive. It’s beautiful. Fast. The guys are reachable and responsive. Parker regularly updates the app and gladly listens (and applies) suggestions. It’s constantly improving. They both are humble and funny. I fully support Twos!

### 5/5 — Widget Not Update

*2024-10-04, version 3.784*

Thank you for your unique software. Changes made in the Today section will not be updated in the widget. There is only one way to do this, remove the widget and add it again. Please prioritize fixing this bug. The same problem exists in other operating systems

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Poor Customer service

*2024-12-05, version 3.799*

They don’t care about the existing customer and give a hard time and at the same time distributing free code to use the feature with publication.

### 1/5 — No Reminders integration, seriously

*2024-02-16, version 3.710*

Can’t understand what the point of this app is as it turns out that there’s no integration with the native reminders app on iPhone. Integration is a coming soon feature apparently but with no planned release date.
Without integration it can’t import any past or future reminders into the app meaning you have to manually create any past and all future reminders from the native reminders app. What a huge waste of time for something that purports to be a timesaver.
Every basic function which is standard issue in the bare bones reminders app is a so called add on here to push people to buy it instead, the steep learning curve and the unintuitive UI made me delete it.

### 1/5 — Stopped!

*2023-06-09, version 3.591*

It started off looking good, promising to be useful. But then it stopped : stopped bringing forward from previous days, stopped accepting new items/dates, stopped being useful. Deleted it.

### 2/5 — Cannot handle photo import

*2024-01-04, version 3.693*

I like the app but it crashes on photo import or drops the photos without importing them properly. It’s very frustrating for a productivity app.

### 2/5 — Confused about sign up

*2024-01-01, version 3.690*

Seems like a nice app, but it seems like signing up with apple is just a pointless post account creation option, rather than a way for people to privately sign up for the service.

I guess I’ll wait for signing up for the app to get ironed out before I use it.

### 2/5 — User Interface needs work

*2023-12-23, version 3.686*

Functionality seems okay but I can't get into using the app because the UI is a mess.

### 2/5 — Used to love, but…

*2023-10-20, version 3.669*

Ever since the most recent update, my to-do lists are essentially pointless. I check something off the list, and come back later to find everything I’ve checked has been unchecked, randomly. I’m talking like 5 minutes later. Kind of defeats the purpose of a to-do list…

### 2/5 — Keeps crashing and freezing screen

*2023-06-28, version 3.601*

Seems like a good app but it keeps locking up the screen and unresponsive along with crashes. From the moment I started to use it had nothing but issues

### 2/5 — Terms and Conditions

*2017-07-10, version 2.0*

I think I would have used this app if it wasn't for the fact 'Twos' can modify, share, reproduce etc. my content stored. I shall continue to wait until an app comes along where sharing, storing, modifying my info is not warranted. If you don't care about this then try the app!

### 3/5 — Added events not showing

*2025-04-12, version 3.843*

New bug where added events are not showing in the events list at the top, but are instead can only be found by searching for them (when they then appear in an unnamed list).

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Very good for daily jotting

*2026-05-23, version 3.869*

This app is great for jotting down all the random things that happen in a day and even praying through them. It organizes everything by date so they're easily retrievable later.

### 5/5 — AMAZING

*2026-05-13*

I love this app so much!!! My life is way better now that I have a base to live out of. I still use my calendar app but this syncs with it and is so LOVELY to use! I am serious about organizing and have used and tried many more than I’ve included in this review. I can only summarize by saying this is the best.

I think because it is the best of many worlds. You can just throw things into it as you’re living and then when you get a minute you can transform these random things to do, notes, reminders, thoughts, projects, etc.

I’m only frustrated I didn’t know about it earlier. Using it actually feels like playing ❤️

### 5/5 — AMAZING

CONS
◯ CON didn’t know about it earlier

CONS for other people

◯ natural language pickup for scheduling
◯ Can’t drag a task onto the calendar a feature I never really got into. A calendar on the phone is tiny
◯ Can’t slide from one month to another just use the arrows
◯ No, kanban board or pomodoro timer

----------
Other apps comparison for Decision making

Todoist has a LOT more integrations for everything, so more exposure for data risk

Things is not cross platform but super simple and straightforward

Taskade up can’t just add a task without a project and I’m just one person. I would assign a task to myself but still couldn’t always see it right away in my tasks

Lunatask I don’t remember but not smooth

◯ Taskade no Apple calendar integration would have to go through story bloom calendar sync… maybe ok?

Things 3 not cross platform… and no custom recurrence

Tick tick unsure about country of ownership and privacy risks

Anytype no calendar view or overall task list, great privacy not easy to search overall

Bydesign - not a lot of custom recurrence but you can drag and drop tasks onto the Callender on that day only
Also, No projects, and you can’t drag and drop sub tasks

Who has projects?
Taskade
Todoist
By design called pages

Subtasks:
Taskade indent
Todoist drag nice but only in one view
By design can’t do on app
Things can’t figure it out with drag

Easy to search:
Todoist
Bydesign can’t find

Drag and drop on calendar to Reschedule:
Todoist good
Taskade?

Select multiple tasks:
Todoist good
Taskade?
Tick tick no

Easy to add tasks:
Tick tick
Todoist
Taskade needs a project first…

Apple calendar integration:
Tick tick
Things?
Floret
Any.do
Not Todoist
Not Taskade
Not Bydesign

Structured feels too structured for me but might help others. have to put in a time and duration for every task. Maybe that’s ok but I’m usually in a hurry

Might like flower floret better It’s cute, but it doesn’t delete or even gray out completed, old tasks, so I’ll never get a blank slate

Any.do dated, and not smooth

Minimalist has no calendar view but beautiful and can be absolutely private with the right settings

By design felt glitchy

Ample notes I can’t figure out subtasks even though awesome vault and end to end encryption, but can’t search encrypted notes and ultimately couldn’t find them at all

2do not being developed

Todoist can’t sync with Apple calendar but very polished if you want to sync to a Google calendar first. Also not as private

Ample note not sure it syncs with Apple calendar

### 5/5 — Best app for the ADHD brain

*2025-09-21*

I have tried SO MANY different ways to deal with “to-dos” and reminders as an adult with severe ADHD. None of them really worked well for me. I either lost them, forget to write in them, forgot to look at them, or got so bogged down trying to use them I gave up. No longer! This app seems to just work with the way my brain works. It’s organized, but you can SEE nearly everything at once. It can automatically toss tasks into “today” based on date or repeating reminders. You can make lists, add notes, paste URLS, add photos. It is officially your external brain.

My favorite feature though is how many (FREE!) ways there are to add info. You can email text, or use Siri Shortcuts. I’m constantly telling Siri to add things, sending texts, or forwarding work emails to Twos. I forget nothing now! It’s incredible. I offload my brain to twos, and the world smiles.

**Developer response:** Thank you, EmuSel :). We’re so happy to hear Twos is fitting your brain, helping you remember *things* and stay organized. It means so much to us to hear testimonials like this. We’re still just getting started and please let us know if there is ever anything we can do to help. Happy Twosday ✌️❤️ - Parker

### 5/5 — Wow!

*2025-08-20, version 3.857*

What a wonderfully developed and integrated app. This is the first app that I have found that is so intuitive. Love, all the current features, especially the AI support. I can finally use just one app to do everything from making lists, to setting reminders, adding calendar events, journaling, etc. I can’t wait to tell my patients who have ADHD and anxiety about this app. A great app for moms also to keep everything in one place.

### 5/5 — Everyday is a Twosday!

*2025-08-02, version 3.856*

Twos is the closest *thing* to a digital bullet journal. It emphasises writing things down, so you don’t forget. The brain is designed for creating, not remembering as David Allen once said. I can manage my events, tick(and swipe) off my tasks, set reminders, take notes, bookmark websites, and so much more! The extra bonus is I can share my lists and things (blocks of info) with others on Twos World, which is their welcoming social media platform. Even better, what you share can be sent to anyone without a Twos account to read. Twos is a great Bullet Journal companion, too. The fact I can use it on any platform is an added bonus. The team behind Twos are simply the best. Thank you.

### 5/5 — Best app for organizing EVERY

*2025-07-15*

This is hands-down one of the best apps ever to help me organize my life. I’ve tried everything from notion to any type in everything in between to try to do a second brain app or a PKM knowledge app however I would always forget important things but too is the absolute best. It helps so much when I start a list about something. I usually forget what I wanted to write down, but their AI helps bring up things that I wouldn’t even have thought of that are incredibly important to get done so you must download today it’s the absolute best.

**Developer response:** Thank you Brookie! Mind maps and flow charts are on our roadmap but I wouldn’t expect them soon as they aren’t core to the value proposition we’re going for. Thank you for letting us know that would be valuable though. Always here to help. Happy Twosday - Parker ✌️ ❤️

### 5/5 — I’m falling in love

*2025-05-03, version 3.844*

I think I’ve purchased almost every notes, Notebook, List, to do and calendar app since OneNote first came out (well and the note app I used to build websites on HTML back in the the late 90s and early aughts. I’ve only scraped the surface of this app and I’m having a blast. The energy/vibe is refreshingly positive and Twos keeps my app/software addicted brain engaged. I look forward to Twos future innovations.
