This was my first time renting a scooter through TWR and it might be my last. I paid for a rental it wouldn’t let me unlock the scooter so I ended the rental. After me and my boyfriend were done with our rentals he tried to end the rental for his scooter and it wouldn’t let him do it do to an “error on his card” although we used the same card and it let me do it successfully and it already had his card information. It charged him again for another 30 minutes. Aside from that, they’re fun but I won’t be doing it again unless I get refunded. (I emailed, called, and did the live text and no response whatsoever)

We love TWR scooters! They whiz a lot faster than many others we have tried. We loved cruising the trails with them! Give them a try, you won’t be disappointed
